I used to adore Krystal on Breaking Points and support this show but I can’t anymore. Her hatred towards Israel has made her hard to listen to and to trust. She is so obviously biased against Israel in every way and doesn’t even try to be measured and information driven. Her emotions make it hard to trust anything she says about other issues because she states so much as if it were fact, but doesn’t back it up with evidence. She starts the historical record wherever its convenient for her narrative and doesn’t look at the bigger picture. I’m starting to think she might actually be anti-Semitic.

Just because I agree with much of what you all are saying, its still really hard to listen to you all. Does your Gen even know what the word “like” means. Makes you all sound so stupid when “like” is every other word.

I mostly like what you all are about , but stop doing the Trump voice dude. You’re not good at it and not that funny. As Joe Friday says “ just the facts”.

I love how much Kyle hates Krystal’s colleague (Blonde fascist chick) from Breaking Points… I’m pretty sure he pretends not to hate Soggy as much as he really does 😂

I used to thoroughly enjoy Kyle’s monologue, and also enjoyed Krystal and Sagar, and while the two of them make a cute couple, I can’t say I enjoy it anymore. Kyle lost a bit of his prior brashness; he used to go hella hard.

With a straight face you pretend to not understand that “From the River to the Sea “ is a call for the death of every Jew in the Middle East. You are not that stupid.

After listening to the Briana Joy Gray interview, I am much more optimistic about the future! The podcast contained a lot of heat and hostility, but I am thrilled people are getting fired up and angry while we try to steer the country away from the iceberg! I would say that Gray lost her composure on a few occasions and there were a lot of interruptions, but I can relate and appreciate that Kyle and Krystal maintained their composure. But what we are experiencing in this country right now should set your hair on fire! Biden further privatizes healthcare despite his promise for the public option. All of the so-called "good bills" gave money to corporations... so who knows if they'll actually use it for its original intent? The bottom line in the end is that the people living paycheck to paycheck do NOT care who the President is! You can point to the 5000 people that got student debt cancelled or the 5000 federal employees $15 min wage... but look at the conditions of the people on the ground and report on THAT! Incorporate math into the arguments... If Obama accomplished 3% of his agenda and Biden accomplished 6%, it could mean that Biden is a better president but the accomplishments are still awful!

I somewhat enjoy Krystal on breaking points even though recently some of her views/opinions have been questionable )Mary Ann Williamson, establishment talking points etc…). That being said she takes establishment talking points to a new level on this show. Then theirs is Kyle, I’m not even sure why he is on this show. While Krystal has some talent, Kyle has none and it’s clear Krystal is throwing her new husband a bone and giving him something to do. Because without her this show would be way worst than it currently is. Kyle just parrots so much drivel while pretending like he has some sophisticated POV. Usually just bashing the guest on points he doesn’t agree with and not letting them get a word in edgewise. It’s kinda gross. I have to add Krystal and Kyle’s vibe is a little gross too. Like a highschool relationship. I think this is Krystal 3rd marriage ? I’m surprised they talk to each other like that lol.

Kyle’s treatment of Briahna Joy Gray was offensive and inexcusable. He bullied her on every opinion of his that she would not concede to. He also quickly dismissed her legal opinions on student loan relief. Ms. Gray received a BA and JD (law degree) from Harvard University. Kyle does not have a law degree or any legal training. Kyle’s treatment of Ms. Gray shows he’s clearly much more interested in making a petty point over informing his audience. There are too many people like Kyle that think being loud and abusive is a substitute for facts to waste a moment of time listening to. Avoid this podcast and the toxic nature of one of its hosts.

Sohrab Ahmari’s interview style doesn’t seem to work for podcast format. He speaks very slowly and the impression I got was that the slow cadence of his speech is because he was tip toeing about what he said. It didn’t seem like he felt he could speak transparently. I can’t imagine what this felt like watching. Maybe it was better on camera but with no visual distraction, listening to this guest was painful.

This used to be good, but now echoes liberal establishment talking points and narratives they once criticized.

I like Krystal on Breaking Points which is why I listened. I like her on here too. She’s more partisan but that’s okay, I like to hear both sides. But then at the very end of the one episode I listened to Kyle says “well in North Dakota they are in 1989”. *giggles* Really?? Tell us how you really feel. (And no I’m not from ND but I am from the Midwest) Such an ignorant comment. That coastal elitist attitude is the reason Trump is popular.

I’m a big fan of Breaking Points, but there’s very little divergent thought between the (married) hosts. Knowing that both are democrats and Kyle is a Noam Chomsky and Cenk Uygur acolyte doesn’t necessarily kill it for me. The problem is they tend to team up on views they don’t like and Kyle is incapable of not interrupting. He constantly interrupts and talks over guests. Why have people on if you’re not going to let them make their point?

Krystal is thoughtful and has a pleasant voice but Kyle sounds wired and repetitive and loves having weird internet people on the show. It's so much better when. It's just Krystal! Drop the dead weight!

Could use a lot more balance. Kyle often just gets ramped up and dismisses guests points instead of confronting them or ever conceding. Krystal talks over people and when interviewing asks questions that also state her opinion IN the question instead of being curious to HEAR a response. Why bother having other voices on the show? Just stick to your own deep dives into topics if that’s what you want to do. Go deep and own it.

I consider myself a progressive, and I have learned quite a bit from Kyle. Since teaming up with Krystal, I have come to appreciate her input, as well. These two offer one of the better, more “well thought-out” political podcasts.

You guys are the best.
