    Don’t bother
    This girl & company acts as if all they want to “help” woman but what they really want is to just babble the same information that’s easily accessible online and charge you nearly $4000 or her program that’s about 4-6 months. The women don’t even look drastically different in her before & afters over a 3-6 month span.

    Super filled with knowledge
    I found Vanessa through Instagram and have to say she is SUPER filled with knowledge and I feel like I’ve learned a lot that the typical “guru” won’t tell you. It’s worth a listen for sure

    I love getting to hear all of the health advice Vanessa and Omar (and others) have to share! They truly have everyone’s best interest in mind when sharing health tips for a broad spectrum of people. They continually to provide new information each show, making it so successful and worth while. Very thankful for this podcast!

    Love this podcast!
    This podcast is everything!! Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable and her team is amazing. I love that they give you the tools to succeed even if you aren’t a member of VGFN. However, you are struggling with low energy and losing weight then this program is for you. I have been a member of VGFN for the past few months and I have learned so much already and seen such a difference in my energy and body. So thankful for this team!!

    Loved the “7 things you need to avoid adrenal fatigue”
    I stumbled across an Instagram post about rest. As a mom of two littles ones, a high performer at work, a wife, and volunteer, I tend to over extend myself. Sometimes I think sleep is enough to recharge my battery but knowing that I’m neglecting other areas of “rest” can contribute to my fatigue. This podcast episode was amazing and a great reminder for anyone at any stage of their life to find new ways to recharge, regroup, and take care of themselves.

    Vanessa G’s podcast has great fitness advice especially in regard to managing overeating and listening to your body. Her advice to think about each bite of food and eat with distractions has changed how I handle my meals! Excited to hear more ❤️

    This podcast has been a staple in my weekly routine. As part of my fitness journey, working on my mindset is key. There is so much content that we’re exposed to with social media from so many fitness influencers that can mess with your mindset by feeding you inaccurate info not based on science. This podcast is so different! They focus on the facts and give you easy and actionable tips to stick to your goals. Love the VGFN team!

    As a member of the VGFN program for over a year and a half, I find this podcast to be one of the most helpful and educational parts of my fitness journey- and it’s free! Vanessa and Omar talk candidly about relatable and realistic topics and I always end the episodes with tidbits of info and advice that I look forward to utilizing in my daily life. I’ve learned so much about myself and the health and fitness industry through listening. There’s something for everyone to gain from this show - even if it’s just some witty banter and interesting insight on a Monday ☺️

    This podcast is great for all women no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Vanessa does not hold back or say what you “want” to hear but more what you NEED to hear. She also talks about her struggles as well which is rare to hear from fitness podcasts.
