I originally found this podcast on TikTok and really loved the chemistry that Morgan had with her guests so I switched to here and I look forward to every episode and I love the people she brings on. I love their opinions and overall just a very good podcast to listen to whenever I’m bored at work or doing school work!

Truly the podcast I keep going back to because it’s so good

I really like the podcast (topics and Reddit stories) but Morgan can be a pick me. She has to relate every story back to herself often interrupting her cohosts and seems to have a know it all attitude. I feel like she doesn’t read reviews or suggestions from listeners because she seem to love to continue to talk about herself.

This is definitely the best podcast I have listened to, I don’t know why everyone complains about Morgan straying from the topic and talking too much, the commentary is THE REASON why I listen to this podcast, if I wanted to just hear the Reddit posts, then I would just read them. She is always picking great stories and is always entertaining, this is the best podcast to listen to when you’re bored, cleaning, in the car, or really anywhere! I like to listen to it at the end of the day while playing a game. I also love most of the co-hosts (I didn’t care for Spencer but that’s just my personal preference) and i haven’t found a podcast that I enjoy listing to as much as two hot takes! I hold you will give this podcast a try!

My favorite podcast ever. Just please enough with the marriage I’m happy for you but get some more fun ones like the slug or coconut stories. Also PLEASE bring back Chris klemens i loved that episode

BORING

Really like the podcast but Morgan is a very pick me girl and a bit much. I can do with less Morgan and more of the show. The ads are also so cringe because they sound so fake and forced

Overall I enjoy this podcast and I listen to it pretty regularly. There are a few things though that stand out that have been bothering me more and more. One being that they are pretty big hypocrites. I truly believe that they mean the best and are genuine people. However, they are very judgmental to various groups even though preach inclusion, their words and takes are the opposite. But again, I know they mean well and but it happens almost every episode and just kinda getting annoyed with it.

Morgan, i love this podcast! However collectively over time you have started making it all about you, relating everything back to you. It’s starting to get really difficult to listen to and you are sounding like a pick me. I get if every now and then you wanna share your own stories with something that relates to you but good lord it is getting out of hand.. for example which the reason pitbull attack story you made it about you “because you got trampled by your horse”. Also anytime there’s a medical condition in any story you ALWAYS have it.. you have adhd/Add, you have Pcos, you have anxiety, you have depression, you have OCD, etc. the list goes on. Yes it’s common to have some sort of medical condition but we don’t need to hear about all of yours every time someone else’s get brought up. Pick me pick me, Morgan you’ve been picked. I’m not trying to come from a place of hate because I do love this podcast but lately it’s getting out of hand. Maybe you are feeling insecure or like you aren’t being seen which is okay, but please talk to someone about it and work through it.

overall a fun podcast to pass the time especially on long drives but two things: first, they go off topic A LOT sometimes it adds to the reddit story and sometimes it doesn’t. Second, the ones i choose to listen to are heavily based on the co-host. Almost all guests are great and her two girl friends that are regulars are my favorites (i believe it’s lauren and alejandra)! so if it’s not them i don’t listen which unfortunately they go missing for good stretches EDIT: I had to take a star away because the more I listen the more I realize these are not “HOT” takes. IMO there should be more of a debate, stories with some grey areas rather than stories where almost everyone can agree on who is in the wrong.

I love the format and theme of the podcast and enjoy listening to the stories and the comments. I don’t want to go on too much of a rant but I would love to join in with the requests to cut waaay down on the commentary and personal anecdotes. EDIT: I had to take away another star because the commentary has gotten even worse. The hosts get up on a soapbox for every story and turn every story into a condescending lecture disguised as a “hot take”. It is not a hot take to disagree with emotionally abusive boyfriends or someone stealing or lying. They will read a story with the most obvious “AH” and then repeat themselves for 30 mins in the discussion trying to give advice.

Found through TikTok, and out of every Reddit storyteller, morgan has to be the best. Compelling, relatable, and the stories they pick are always juicy. Can’t stop listening!!

I really like this podcast but the responses they give to each story are wayyyyyyyyy too long.

Such a great concept for a podcast/show, loved it at first but omg they go off topic so much and for so long! It gets boring after a while. Usually the first 7 minutes is just rambling instead of just getting to it.

I work in a cooler at a gas station stocking drinks all day so I rotate podcasts frequently to keep me entertained throughout my shift. One thing that makes this podcasts stick out is the lengths! Other podcasts that I indulge in are really only an hour long, where here I can listen to one episode for 2+ hours and stay entertained! I love the host’s personality, and the people she brings on. I’ve always been one for Reddit stories so to have a podcast dedicated to Reddit stories is a really fun idea and keeps me going all day!!

If I wanted to read Reddit posts, I’d go to Reddit. What really makes this podcast special is Morgan and her family of friends and the amazing people she brings on, and hearing these stories is one thing but really going into them with an open mind it’s the easy. I love how Morgan and her team hit so many points and try to see every angle. As someone with very biased opinions I feel like I’ve been learning how to keep my mind open and have compassion for people who I would usually judge. I hate when people emotion-shame, especially when it’s a risk to put yourself in the public spotlight. (Specifically referring to the people being disrespectful about the plushie episode, you can’t tell someone what is worthy of tears and what isn’t, it makes you seem heartless.) I’m so proud of Morgan. I’m always crying when she cries and that’s because people with very deep empathy see someone going through something that they’ve struggled with, it’s very overwhelming and it’s healthy to make sure you don’t just hold that in. If you want a podcast where people are brutal and cold and unkind then this isn’t it. The THT squad will give so much support and kindness until there’s a genuine reason to call someone out and I love it. I listen while I’m driving, while I’m at work cleaning, when I’m walking my dog, when I do the dishes, basically any time I want something intriguing and comforting. This is my favorite podcast and to Morgan, Alejandra, Lauren, Justin, and everyone else who is brave enough to speak on this podcast, I love spending my time with you and it’s been a huge comfort to know that when people in my life are being hateful I have something to take my mind off it. I’m working my way through every episode and loving every second of it, thanks so much!

I love listening to this podcast on my drives after work and on walks. It’s like listening to reality tv, so I love it! I do agree with some of the other reviews, the crying is a little much sometimes, but regardless, I love listening to the stories!

I love the stories and the guest that are featured. I wish personal political opinions were left out… not the point of the podcast.

I love the concept for this podcast and have been listening for a few years but I find it really hard to enjoy the episodes lately. Morgan brings the conversation back to herself anytime she can. She is constantly interrupting or talking over her guests to add in a personal anecdote. Most of the time her personal story has nothing to do with the topic. It’s pretty apparent she only wants to talk about herself and has a hard time listening to other people share their opinions.

I love this podcast I wish they uploaded more but that’s just me loving the tea. i pop my airpods at work, long drives or when I’m cleaning and I feel like I’m in a mini therapy sesh. But I have to say the crying over some stories is too much, especially over plushies it was icky but can be skipped so

I can’t get over the crying over minimal disappointments and celebration of empty affirmations. Somethings aren’t worth mourning and somethings aren’t worth celebrating. Just listened to an episode about stuffed animals meeting each other? Get a grip.

I wish I enjoyed this show as much as I did when I began listening. I’ve started listening ONLY to be read the story and skipping over the “let’s talk about this story” between Morgan and whoever is on. Morgan has to bring every story back to herself and tell a story from her personal life that most of the time doesn’t even correlate with the reddit story. A lot of the stories I’ve recently found out that she’s been picking have been fake and I get it. You want stories that get a rise but I’m getting exhausted of them. ALSO she doesn’t shut up about stories of feces, s*x, inc*est (for some weird reason!). I didn’t mind her voice at first but her personality and how she makes everything about her makes me cringe at her voice now. I can’t do it anymore. This podcast had so much potential but I’m just going to stick with ok story time (originally ok op) maybe she will focus more on guest takes and stop talking constantly about herself and it will get better in the future. Here’s to hoping.

This podcast is so amazing! I love hearing all the out of pocket stories! I was supposed to go to the November 14 live show in SLC with my mom, but my baby decided to be born early! So please come back to SLC at some point for a live show I’d love to be able to go😭🧡

Guys…. When you go to an away sporting event (specifically nfl) you never wear an away jersey, unless you want to be heckled. Be for real. “Dehumanizing because they’re in a different group than us”. You’re in the minority at a sporting event with a bunch of drunk idiots. Think about it.

This podcast is great for your commute or a long drive absolutely! Love the stories they choose, they’re very interesting and take some crazy turns. My only issue is that as an independent, their political views getting annoying very quickly. There’s some stories that their takes are clearly influenced heavily by their views and Morgan and her regular cohosts seriously struggle with removing their own bias for normal takes. There’s been quite a few stories that I was baffled how they came to the conclusion of their takes and seriously questioned if it was the same story. Everything is so politicized nowadays that having an hour or two without it would be nice. Morgan also sometimes gets annoying stepping into almost a savior role on stories and situations she admits she’s never been in. I’m mixed and grew up middle class so there’s just as many that I can’t speak on but again I just wouldn’t speak on it. If you don’t know anything about what you’re saying then don’t say it, they’ve crossed the line many times. Bottom line, it’s a good show but could be better if they just didn’t get so amped up in their political views and unbiasedly reviewed stories.

I LOVE THIS PODCAST!! A different type of love. You and your co hosts have gotten me thru the darkest time of life these past couple years. I follow your YouTube and Facebook accounts also and will most nights, still fall asleep to your podcasts. Hearing quite A LOT of your stories about abuse over the years and all of the advice you’d give the OP’s started…sinking…in, and I left. Things are still so hard for me, but MUCH easier. I have you to thank for part of that ❤️❤️ much love to you and your co hosts. You guys deserve the best!

I have listen to a lot of your podcast and really enjoy them. So far I have enjoyed the different hosts that you have except G. I am sure she is a great person but way to many interruptions seems like it is way to hard to get through the post before she has to interrupt! I literally wait for new episodes every week. I drive 45 minutes twice a week to class, and it’s my go to for my long car rides. I have a tendency to get tired in car rides, and I can’t do them for long. If I’m listening to two hot takes, I’m ALWAYS into the episodes so I never get sleepy. My favorite. 10/10

I always laughed, or became invested in whatever story you were sharing, so finally clicked your profile and was so excited to see that you had a podcast! I love when you guys change it up by doing some of the “different subreddits” like the legal advice or others that most of the other podcasts don’t use. Sometimes AITA/AITAH and relationshipadvice/trueoffmychest get a little boring. I’m hoping you will do this for some of the “spooky” themed ones coming up. :) I also appreciate how you listen to your fans regarding some of the simple suggestions / criticisms they give lol.

Morgan, I found clips of your show on TikTok around a year ago and I finally decided to listen to the podcast (my first podcast because I never understood the appeal of podcasts). I am addicted. I’m a big music person and I find myself wanting to listen to your show on drives over music. I love how you and your hosts really dive into the psychology of the stories and talk about both sides. I love everything about you and your personality in general, you are just super real and sweet. I always look forward to listening and it’s made my days better!

I listen to a rotation of podcasts every week, this one included and Morgan and crew do such a great job of getting an episode out every single week! It’s impressive and rare in the podcast world. Thank you for keeping your listeners entertained week after week! That said… the host isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, which would be fine if she didn’t constantly say how “smart” she is.

This is my favorite! I am one of the day one listeners and I can say best podcast I listen to. Morgan is so well rounded, down to earth, and true and real person ever! Her takes are thought out and even when she feels she was wrong she’s willing to admit. Love this podcast and everything about it

I am obsessed with this show. I love Morgan’s voice, it’s calming and sometimes helps me fall asleep. I even like the guest hosts. Sometimes they can be a little annoying when they talk over the host, and go on and on, but usually they are in just one show so I can deal with it.
