Shelby is soo helpful and inspiring, as a stylist myself who is starting over from scratch and having to build a whole new cliental, it brought me so much ease and light into my journey hearing her talk about her own personal experiences. I would like to first off say how much I truly enjoy this podcast. I am not even a fitness guru or a hairstylist... I am actually a florist which I find so many similarities between a hairstylist and a florist- we live very similar lives. This podcast is so informative to so many genres of people on the clock and off.. being an artistic entrepreneur in any form brings so many things to your life positive and negative and this podcast really points out how to live a healthier life being your own business as an individual. I think Shelby is a real person giving real advice and this podcast is absolutely amazing I will continue to be a regular listener and have shared this podcast with many friends. I have been getting my hair done with Shelby for years... and I must admit that it’s not just my hair that looks and feels great. Her energy is always up lifting. She gets whether I need to have some quiet time or we chat it up. She’s a special and rare breed. Now, I get to listen to her out of the salon. On her episode of moving rather than “exercising”... That one hit me close. I had been out of the exercise loop for so long. After hearing it I went on an early morning moonlit bike ride and my mood shifted.
