First time listener here for Love is Blind episode 7-9. This episode was so unhinged I loved it so much! You really said everything I have been thinking while watching this season. Keep up the great work! Fellow box fan weirdos unite!

Updating my review 1-2 years after original review, which WAS 5 stars. Sorry you two, but things have seemed really off with you guys this past year. First off, you’ve been so negative about the circle. Second off, you guys are covering way too many episodes in one podcast. Recaps should be two episodes AT MOST. I do not have the capacity for a five episode recap like you’ve been doing lately (2024 Ultimatum, latest LIB). Third off, it’s starting to sound like this is a chore for you guys. I miss the days where you were excited about a new season dropping, now you guys just react with dread that you have to cover another season of some fun and silly show. If you don’t like doing this anymore, just quit while you’re ahead before you are asked to get off the stage. Either that, or change your attitude. This should be fun for you, not a job. But thank you for some quality content!! I really do love you guys and have had a ton of laughs over the years. I just KNOW that you both are capable of so much more than what you’ve been putting out.

Love this pod! Loved Simon Birch when I saw it in the theater. Wore a lot of sweaters after! Read a prayer for Owen Meany a few years after. Took me FOREVER to finish. Didn’t love cousin Hester. I can’t get behind the name.

I’m only now watching the LIB episodes and I am thoroughly enjoying listening to the recaps after each. It’s so refreshing to find straight guys who can criticize garbage humans regardless of gender. I’ve abandoned so many podcasts because of a bro-ey attitude, but these guys cheerfully poke fun at everyone roast-worthy without malice. It’s all in good fun and with enjoyment of the genre. Women can listen without cringe, which is saying an awful lot. Thanks for the giggles!

I LOVE this podcast! I can’t listen to this podcast before sleep anymore, because I wind up laughing so hard, my husband wakes up thinking I’m crying! All the season reviews have been so funny and I honestly look forward to listening to this podcast over the actual show! Fun fact: I actually only watched Perfect Match because I wanted to laugh along with them and be part of their jokes. I mean, if that doesn’t say it all, I don’t know what does!

First time listening during LIB recap episodes 4-6 and I was laughing so hard!!! Sooo funny and real and just the right amount of insensitive 🤣 Mann. This recap is so real!

Their names are Max and Ben. They are self proclaimed television experts. They have the best theme song in podcast history. Look-this podcast is my happy place. These boys are so silly and sweet and I love the coverage of Love is Blind. They get the best sound bites and now I can’t hear “Shallow” without thinking of Colleen or “RAZZLE DAZZLE THEM” without thinking of Raven and SK. Im constAntly impersonating Shayne’s sound bites and no one ever understands that they are impressions. People just think I sound like that. Look but really I miss this podcast so much. I’ve now re-listened to my favorite episodes several times. Max and Ben (also Maria!) - you have brought me a lot of laughs and joy. I truly hope y’all are doing okay. And if you ever come back- it’s never too late to cover Queer Ultimatum. Lesbians really know how to bring the drama (I’m a lesbian so I can say this) I’m dying to hear y’all discuss the messiness.

I only discovered these rascals during season 5 of love is blind but it’s been a revelation to go back and listen to earlier coverage. Max and Ben are truly the only podcasters I’ve ever encountered who can cover this kind of show and sound like buddies cracking jokes while also being good humans. I know they’re on hiatus for heavy personal stuff and obviously that always comes first. But I think I speak for all of us when I say I hope conditions improve so that they are back recapping our favorite trash as soon as possible because this is a true gem of a niche. 🖤🖤

I just started watching Love is Blind when the 5th season came out. I binged seasons 1-4 in one weekend... then learned nobody I know or interact with watches the show. I was desperate for discussion, companionship, analysis, and mockery... I found it here. I'm grateful for true friends.

This show is so funny - found it randomly and now I’m hooked. IDK what exactly it is about these guys, but I actually find myself laughing out loud when listening. The witty side comments and their balance of opinions/takes make this a great listen.

Trashy dating shows are my kryptonite but my husband hates them and it’s an unsaid condition of our marriage that I not make it my whole personality. Luckily, I have this podcast to help me get it out of my system.

The Love Is Blind coverage is so funny. I love how much they make fun of them. I’m a Texan through and through and love the stereotype jokes about the Texan cast members. They do that with every season no matter where they’re filming, the people complaining are just a bunch of babies - calm down and just enjoy it!

This is the best Netflix-reality show recap podcast. Most of us watch these trashy shows for fun and so it’s great to have a recap podcast that that doesn’t take these shows seriously either. I find myself giggling out loud listening to Max and Ben’s ridiculous commentary. I almost look forward to the podcast more than the actual show!!

These guys are hilarious. To everyone complaining about their “inside jokes,” if you watch the shows they cover, you’ll understand them. They’re hilarious and I literally feel like I’m listening to two of my friends going back and forth with each other! Keep it up guys

Too many inside jokes and off topic stuff. Maybe a long time listener would get the jokes but newbies are lost. Podcast could be 30 minutes if they’d stick to the show. Oh and Ben flows in and out of being a low talker so constantly adjusting volume to hear these lame off topic comments. I’ll keep searching for a better podcast that covers LIB

The jokes only seem funny to them Have you ever had two friend who let a bit go on for far too long? That’s most of this podcast. The bit should be 3 seconds and it’s like 2 minutes. You constantly have to fast forward to get pst the super lame “comedy”

I have never written a review for a pod cast. I am 15 minutes in and have not heard anything about the show. Just them laughing at their lame jokes.
