    My favorite herbal podcast!
Herbs with Rosalee is my favorite herbal podcast I love listening to Rosalee’s voice brimming with kindness and passion for the plants and all the connections between people and plants. Her presence is like a warm mug of tea. And I love her guests, the conversations, the way they take a deep dive together into one plant, really looking at the myriad facets of that plant being. It’s a nourishing and life-affirming show and I highly recommend it!

    Amazing content !
Herbs with Rosalee is the best teaching tool! As a new clinical herbalist I listen to your podcast daily. The interviews, recipes and herbal information is so comprehensive. Thank you!

    Soothing voice but fake name

    Disappointed. Lacking important info
Im new to herbalism and looking for an educational podcast, and was excited to try this one. Unfortunately, this does not provide the information I anticipated it would. I listened to the pod on lemon balm and mugwort, and neither podcasts discussed general uses, mechanism of action, chemical compounds, and history. This is basic Information that wasn’t included at all. I learned nothing useful. Most of the pod seems to be a biography of the herbalist rather than explaining the herb itself. That’s fine, but don’t pretend to be an informational podcast… I will be looking elsewhere for herbalism education!

    Big fan
I feel like the way Rosalee explain thing and put information in ways that is easy to digest. I was a fan after the herb kit course I got and also Wild Remedies. I am looking forward to the path of this podcast. I love it so far!! Update: 10/2/23 Just finished the hops episode. I love learning with Rosalee! One thing I learned before listening to this episode is that hops are an aphrodisiac for women and anaphrodisiac for men. I wonder if that is because of the estrogenic effects.

My Herbal Love Letter to Rosalee
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Herbs with Rosalee podcast. Within the last year, I have developed a new but very strong passion for herbal medicine. I was and am still overwhelmed with everything there is to learn. I listen to Rosalee’s podcast every single day on my way to and from work. Her way of speaking is so lovely and informative for both new and experienced listeners. I truly cannot begin a crazy work day without hearing her voice over a cup of tea. She inspires me with new topics every week. After she posts a show, I typically spend the rest of the week diving further into the topic or herb that was covered that week. I love that she does solo shows, as well as interviews with other herbalists. Show notes are always posted on her website along with beautifully designed recipe cards and so much other useful information. I look forward to continuing to learn more from Rosalee on my long road ahead to become an herbalist. You are amazing, Rosalee! Thank you so much for everything you do and all the resources you provide! <3 With love, Megan O. (Aka your biggest fan from Chicago. Or just biggest fan, period)

    Wonderful Herbal Podcast
I’ve listened to them all (or all the Herbal podcasts that I can find) and this podcast remains one of my favorite. I love the way she interacts with her guests, the format of the show, and most of all the herbalists she chooses to bring on. Loved hearing the episode with my buddy Mason. Would love to be on it one day, just putting that out there ;) Much love Rosalee 💚🌿

    Slow down please
I love your podcast and have your book but I just wish you would slow down a little when speaking on the podcast. Most times I’m trying to take notes and with so much information coming at me at a fast pace it’s hard to get the information correct. Thanks!

    I haven't missed a one!
I enjoy listening to Rosalee in her podcast. I did her Taste of Herbs Class and enjoyed her teaching so much (and her recipes) that I am delighted she decided to expand her teaching in this way. Thank you Rosalee!

    Wonderful
I really enjoy this podcast. Interesting and very practical information. I enjoy the focus that most of the speakers have with connecting to plants and the earth in general. I really hope that in the future Rosalee incorporates some Native American/indigenous knowledge/ speakers as well. It seems as though several of the guests seem to revel in connection, gratitude, and appreciation for what we are being gifted with from the earth. However, many Native Americans have practiced this for hundreds of years. You should look into “Braiding Sweetgrass” by Robin Wall Kimmerer. She’d be a great guest! Thanks Rosalee for such a great podcast!

    Practical, Thorough, Delightful
This is the herbal podcast I’ve been waiting for! Rosalee offers practical, engaging profiles of herbs. She includes scientific studies alongside traditional wisdom, botanical information, and lots of ideas for using the herb. Her guests are interesting and she asks meaningful, generative questions. The recipes, videos and other goodies included in the show notes complete the gift of each episode. Highly recommended!

    Love this podcast
I am a podcast newbie, but listening as I work or drive now. I am really loving this podcast. I love the guest speakers and the recipes they share. Every episode has a different perspective and I am learning so many little tips (like adding a few drops of chamomile essential oil to chamomile infused oil or adding nettle to foods as a spice). Thank you for exploring this topic. I do get sad when the episodes are over.

Great new addition to the world of herbal learning!
Clear, interesting, well-organized, and immensely practical. Presented in a friendly and engaging style. A great way to learn more about herbs or to refresh one’s knowledge, and to get new recipes and formulas. Rosalee is a natural at sharing her love of the plants and her accumulated knowledge and experience of working with them from a more holistic perspective, that allows for integrating them into our lives in a deeper and richer way than simply viewing them as substitutes for pharmaceutical medicines.
