The Natural Womanhood Podcast

11

The Natural Womanhood Podcast brings together experts in the field of fertility awareness for candid, informative, and friendly conversations about authentic women's health. From pelvic floor physical therapy, to surgical interventions, to relationships and mental health, no topic is off limits as we seek to bring the empowering truth about women, their bodies, and their cycles to our listeners: that is, that women's cycles are essential, powerful, beautiful, and do not need to be "controlled."

The Natural Womanhood podcast is hosted by Grace Emily Stark, Natural Womanhood's Editor-in-Chief. Grace is an award-winning journalist, a certified instructor of the Sympto-Thermal Method of fertility awareness, and she holds a M.A. in Bioethics and Health Policy.

The Natural Womanhood Podcast is a production of Natural Womanhood, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving women's health literacy through the promotion of evidence-based fertility awareness methods (FAMs) of natural family planning. Natural Womanhood exists because all women can learn to claim their natural fertility as beautiful, powerful, and healthy.

    Must Listen!!!
This podcast and website is gold! Women for far too long (nearly 125 years!) have been treated like men in the healthcare industry. I am deeply appreciative of your work and share every chance I get!!!!! Being female is not a disease, a second class citizen, nor a seggs objects! Women are created beautifully and deserve health for our needs rather than the sterilization (be it permanent or temporary, soft or hard, spoken or silent, consent or not).

    We need this
Thank you so much for this information! I have felt for a long time that birth control pills have greatly harmed the field of women’s health! We need more research and more information! Thank you and please keep going!

    Thank you!
Great podcast on birth control and natural and effective options in a time where birth control is quickly prescribed for acne, pcos, and stress impacted cycles without analysis.

    So Exciting!
This podcast excites me so much because it encourages me that women (including myself!) will learn more about their amazing bodies and their amazing fertility. This podcast educates women on alternative (and better!) options of birth control and a variety of other info about women's health. It also tears through the lies about the effects of current common options of birth control have on women's bodies, which is rarely talked about and a much needed topic for women everywhere to know about. I want women to have a better relationship with their fertility, and body in general, and this podcast is an awesome starting point! Doing great, Ladies! 👍👍

    Honest Look at Woman’s health
I loved all of the in-depth information, history and broader look at woman’s health and how we can prioritize the Research. The reproductive healthcare they talk about is life changing. I am so glad my sister sent me this podcast to listen to. 100% recommended! The more you know the better off you’ll be.
