    Interesting podcast!
Loving the podcast. I would appreciate more interviews with women and people who aren’t from elite universities. Would also love to hear about balancing real life difficulties with learning and work.

If you like DS, you should listen.
There’s a lot of good content on this show. There’s a myriad of useful pieces of information you can extract from the guests. Data science is such a wide field and listening to the different aspect of Data Science makes it even more exciting. Included are talks about how people got into the industry in the first place as well as what led to their growth. All of this information is given to us in an easier to digest conversation. I’d highly recommend this to others.

    Great content, highly recommended!!!
Haven't finished the complete list yet but I enjoyed very much the ones I have listened! For example, the one with Damien Benveniste has been very interesting. He provided a very different but refreshing pointview towards ML which is something i 100% agreed on - let us not applying ML just for ML but applying it when a business problem is truly unsolvable by other simplier solutions. Also, the one with Sunishchal Dav was very inspiring too - Supply Chain is an industry may not sound as sexy as the big FANNG tech but it attracts more and more attention recent years especially after padenmic and it's fasnating to see how these "traditional" industries started to apply advanced analytics into the business as well. Also, it's pretty empowering to know there are some people are actually doing something (directly or undirectly) to create a positive impact for the planet. Of course, the conversations with Emma Ding and Felicia Rutberg were very resonating too - the preparation, hardwork you put to get a job in the tech industry, the strategy you use to cave the path transationing from one postion to another, these are the valuable knowledge I learned and they are going to be applied in my future career. The diverse background of the intervewees make the conversations super super interesting. If I have to say one thing for the improvement, i would say cutting the interviewee a bit quicker when they started to talk something off the question, i realized it in the conversation with Felicia. In general, this podcast provides high quality content, recommend it to everyone! :)

Have Adhd and this was so relatable
It’s very informative too. I followed the Linkedin link and listening to this made me realize I should be listening to podcasts more to learn more as I am preparing for interviews.

Relatable and actionable to real life!
Hi Daliana! I accidentally came across your podcast show and have crushed a few of your episodes in a few days! I searched in Apple’s podcast “data science” ha. I love how you structure your episodes to have your guests talk about real world relatable issues/experiences. I have been entertaining data science bootcamp. My only hesitation is that I have a non-traditional background that led me into sales engineering. I am not an engineer by trade, but I have a strong critical thinking mindset that allows me to understand and support technical nuances while in market. For what it’s worth, your show has inspired me to utilize a different approach to have a data science mindset. I work with tech folks day-to-day so it’s given me some solace to know that I don’t need to be an engineer, or technically savvy. My strong suit is problem solving with strong communication skills, which enables me to lead projects. This especially helps me out to works with difficult personalities. Huge fan of your messaging and branding.

Excellent podcast with personable host & interesting guests
There are many things I appreciate about this podcast, but I will highlight 2: 1) Daliana asks really relevant questions - 95% of the time when a guest discusses some vague concept/ technique that makes me go “Uhhhhh okay but *how* do I do that?” chances are Daliana will ask the guests the exact question on my mind. 2) I could tell that Daliana genuinely wants to make data science more accessible as a career path. Half the battle is demystifying the superstar data scientist so listeners from under-represented backgrounds can relate to them. I appreciate learning about their successes as well as their struggles, things that make them humans, like how Daliana used to be self-conscious of having an accent, how a first-gen college student guest was surprised to learn that he was expected to find internships during the summer in college, how someone went from being a community college student to being an ML expert at Apple, etc Bonus point: I love the final question “What is something in your personal life you’re looking forward to?” Daliana is a really good, personable podcast host - the dialogue between her & the guests always feels like natural conversation between old friends/ college roommates catching up on each other’s life.

    Terrific guests and content!
Daliana has a great interview style, allowing the guests plenty of space to tell their story, while also providing her insights along the way. These episodes give content relevant to much more than just data science, with terrific subjects applicable to anyone working in technology. Keep up the great work!

    Good DS Content
This is a favorite new DS podcast of mine. Hearing directly from ML practitioners across the biggest tech companies today is a great way to understand the real life of a data scientist and real world applications of ML. Daliana is awesome - For anyone interested in data science/ML/stats, I definitely recommend adding this to your Podcast rotation.

Great, practical wisdom for DS practitioners
So glad this podcast exists. Listened to both podcast episodes with Zach Wilson and appreciated every moment. I’m no expert in how to host an interview, but I do really appreciate Daliana’s thoughtful questions and inspiring guests. Highly recommend to everyone in analytics, decision science, and data science.

    For data science lovers
I listened to episode 10 and became hooked. The host obviously knows her subject and knows what questions to ask. She is here to encourage the interviewees to share knowledge, instead of using a platform to just draw attention to herself. For a novice like me, this is perfect.

Great for Dara Scientists interested in what’s next
Listened to episode 1 and found myself replaying many portions and taking notes. Daliana seems like a highly skilled interviewer who invites innovative guests committed to advancing data science and sharing what they’ve learning along the way. Very glad to learn about this only a few episodes in.
