Agent Sheriff Cooper TrumanBest Pistons PodcastYou both do great work, Omari and Bryce. Thanks so much for your thoughtful and insightful analysis of my favorite professional sports team. We are finally on the up and up! Truly exciting times. š
-
FartLicker_69Favorite Pistons PodOmari covers the team very well, and Bryce brings some great, interesting perspective to the discussion. Highly recommend these guys, even if Bryce pronounces āmilkā like a sicko
-
theotherseanEasily the best part of this seasonBryce and Omari got me through the ROUGHEST season of my life. They donāt sugar coat things when thereās just no good news, but they also donāt go off the rails complaining about it. They offer a ton of insight and are two of the most entertaining sports podcasters Iāve listened to. Highly recommend.
-
rmusic33Great Pistons PodGreat pod on the Detroit Pistons. Both hosts give solid opinion, while Omari provides some inside information from covering the team as a beat writer. Highly recommend if youāre a Pistons/sports fan.
-
Meadski from TCOmari & Bryce are MY BOYS!!When you get past Omariās āBarry Whiteā voice and Bryceās prepubescent tone, you get to hear insightful commentary on our Pistons who are def under performing but have tantalizing young talent. These guys go deep enough into the stats, trends, slumps, hot streaks and injuries to keep the cast listenable and entertaining. Plus, they speak with the confidence of one whoās played the game. Keep it up fellas, our pistons will soon rising!!
-
MI HighlanderThanks! Thanks for watching the Pistons so we donāt have to! Maybe weāll be watchable someday. Bryceās unfamiliarity with non-white bread food is hilarious. You need to get out more my dude.

Maize And BlueThe Best There IsOnly Pistons podcast I listen to, fan since DAY 1, keep up the great work. Signed MAIZE&BLUE313rd

Jorge1234554331Love the podI really appreciate the work put in as a Cam Whitmore friendly pod even tho the team is trash. I also enjoy the additional twitter engagement avidly reading your sports takes. If you want to continue following a really truly bad team, this pod is a must listen!
-
Mike MacheskyLetās keep it goingThe last two Pistons podcasts I listened to have both ended, so I need you guys to break the curse and keep this thing rolling! Great, knowledgeable takes and never a bummer to listen to (which is tough when youāre talking about the pistons). Highly recommend for fans of Detroit basketball.
-
mattway86Must listen for Pistons fansOmari is an excellent beat writer and Bryce is as good as it gets breaking down the game. They do an excellent job bringing necessary context to the Pistonsā struggles even when itās not the most popular take. Itās refreshing to hear critical but fair and level-headed Pistons discussion.

yaboyturbanMy go to Pistons podcastPistons Pulse is my first listen of the day every time a new episode drops. Wish I could tune in live more often but I always listen on my commute to/from work. Bryce and Omari do a great job keeping it real with the state of the Pistons while also finding some positive nuggets. I love Bryce bringing his perspective as a former D1 player into what he sees on the floor in terms of Xās and Oās. It helps me understand a bit more what might be going on in the players heads and what they might be trying to do. Itās awesome to have Omariās view to give us a peak behind the curtain with the players off the floor and in the front office. Looking forward to what the future brings, keep up the great work! P.S. Bryce also does a great job on the Game Theory podcast
-
DaycodReally good levelheaded talkWith this season being about as bad as it can be, these guys provide really good analysis. Hot takes are easy what these guys provide is much better.
-
AlfbbeknsEnjoy it while it lastsHands down, this is THE best Pistons podcast running. Omari is the most thorough and insightful beat writer covering the team, both in written form and via the podā¦ and while I still donāt know why Bryce became/is a Pistons guy, he is truly excellent as a host and brings a ton of valuable basketball insight and expertise. I feel bad that this is the team they have to cover, but am grateful for their work. Enjoy it while you can because both of these guys will be in a national/league-wide role soon.
-
timchewTHE Pistons PodThese guys are awesome and I appreciate the informed and grounded takes each week. This has been an absolutely brutal season as a Pistons fan and this has been one of my main places to seek refuge in from whirlwind of hot takes and frustration. Keep up the great work!
-
DrewiPhoneNew listenerNew to the podcast, only started listening this year after following Omari on Twitter. Really enjoy listening in, hoping to catch a few of the episodes live. As a basketball coach, I appreciate the reasonable expectations and takes about the team. There are too many hot takes, bad takes, lack of knowledge out there but you guys are going about things the right way in my opinion. I think itās evident right now the team just doesnāt have enough - firepower, star power, however you want to categorize it, itās not enough. I look forward to hearing from you guys each week, keep up the great work. The show will keep building. Next stop, into 4-digit territory!
-
PDiddyMSUGreat podcast to get the download on my squad!Love the podcast. I listen every Wednesday and get up to speed on your observations that I might not otherwise pick up on as a casual fan. I like the balance of breaking down the analytics and your honest opinions. Itās been a frustrating year as a pistons fan, but I appreciate the acknowledgment of what the team is lacking, but also whereās thereās still something positive to look for as a fan.

Kent67878Great āLine Upā show!!Loved the āLine Upā show!! Bryce, I have to come clean ā¦ I listen 2x! My son doesnāt know how I do it!!

IllestragaThank you for the history lesson!Took the pod to a whole nother level. Well done. And every time you say āsupperā, I takes me back to simpler timesā¦

CKelley91The #1 Pistons PodcastsIāve been a piston fan since the Goin to Work days and I can say this is the best pistons podcast out there. Iām 31 and live in West Michigan, since I canāt go to games regularly this is how I get my fix especially during the off season. Iāve been listening weekly since the Cade draft and I really enjoy their analysis, commentary food reviews. They have a great dynamic and insight into what they discuss. Iād recommend it to any piston fan.
-
Keshawn KsmoovBy far the best pistons pod cast šÆAlthough the show leans more towards the optimistic side, you guys do a good job of having realistic goals and fair analysis. The high knowledge of the game is frequently displayed throughout break downs and detailed projections for the players and the team as a whole, the chemistry is high! And as a piston fan for 20 years now it feels good to have something so well put together and thatās exclusively for my team. Keep up the good work , would love to catch a piston game with you guys this season šÆšÆšÆšÆ

JohnM71The best pistons podcast out there.52 year old Pistons fan living in Denver. I hate these new fangled iphone thingys but I figured out how to access the Pistons Pulse and itās great! Iāve seen the Pistons play at Cobo and the Palace and canāt wait to see the new bad boys at the LCA. Bryce gives a great fan perspective but keeps it real and Omari, now that they got the audio fixed has a lot to offer! Keep up the good work and go Pistons! 5*

1414141414141414Finally! The Pistons pod Iāve been looking for!27 year-old Pistons fan from Tawas City, MI. Iāve listened to some different Pistons pods in the past and never found one that I liked or felt I could trust the insight that was offered. I started listening to your pod a few months back and Iāve finally found one that I not only can trust, but one that I canāt wait to listen to every week. Bryce, Omari, and Wes, thank you guys for all you do! The summer months can be tough for basketball fans but following along with you guys leading up to the draft and now your coverage of summer league has made the offseason a little easier to tolerate. Needless to say, I will be a regular listener from now on. I wish you guys all the best and go Pistons!
-
DschirrBest Pistons POD- not really closeLong time pistons fan since the GHill days. Living in Cali, I donāt get to talk Pistons with people often so I supplement that need with podcasts. I have listened to darn near every episode since the Cade draft and listen to almost all the pistons pods. This one is by far the most objective, interesting, and informative one out there. Love the takes, energy and professionalism. Keep up the good work boys!
-
only Tom'sGoing to workThese guys put work in every podcast. I think it has detail, substance and honesty. All of these reasons are why I listen to podcasts in the first place and these fellas donāt disappoint. From a 50 year old following the Pistons since Isaiah.
-
Gr8HortoniThe Xās and Oās43, West Michigan Keep up the great work. Along with B&C you guys are required listening for die hard pistons fans. I enjoy the deep dives and the more technical analysis you guys go into with the Pistons. Keep doing what youāre doing. Mike P.S. - Bryce, donāt you dare besmirch the tastiness that is Korean BBQ.
-
BetterWorldChallengeBest Pistons podcast in the world!Bryce, Omari & Wes are the ultimate team at breaking down the entirety of Pistons basketball from roster construction from a front office perspective to analyzing how the Pistons are playing. As a coach and basketball junkie myself, I always feel like Iām learning more about the game when I tune in.
-
Johnny2054Excellent Podcast20 year old Pistons fan from Oklahoma here. Love the front office insight from Omari as well as the fan perspective that Bryce provides. Two high-level ball knowers that are a joy to listen to. Keep up the good workš„
-
Ronald DupreeSolidSolid podcast. Would be nice to hear some form of criticism towards an organization thatās been poorly run since 2008. Some balance would make this a better podcast. I do enjoy the guests whoāve been on the show.
-
DSmith3613Awesome PodcastWhile sports talk has evolved into fanboys with microphones, these guys offer grounded, common sense sports talk. LOVE it!
-
FilkMoneyWhat I have been looking for!As a long time Piston fan growing up in Michigan. I now live in Japan and couldnāt find a Pistons podcast I enjoyed. Then I found your podcast. Now it is my go to listen as soon as it drops. Thank you for your great podcast!
-
Kirk LeCFavorite Pistons podcastI appreciate their discussion and analysis of both the team and the draft. They can be critical without being negative and optimistic without being homers. Weird takes on food.
-
LA Pistons fanBryce and OmariThis is the most reasoned and informative source of Pistons news and opinion out there. I really appreciate you guys. Your calm demeanor and sincere interest in what youāre doing are especially appreciated.
-
Steve_TavSimply the bestThere are several great Pistons podcasts but the Pistons Pulse has to be the best. Bryce, Omari and Wes give interesting, in depth and most importantly objective analysis. This isnāt a show about hot takes or never ending negativity. If you love Pistons basketball this is the show for you!
-
Hari MoolaThis show is a BUCKETKiller analysis, hosted by a duo with a great rapport. Since moving back to Michigan they have supplemented my Pistons intake and I couldnāt be happier to have discovered this show. Easy 5 stars, a must listen for Pistons fans, and a show to look up to when it comes to team coverage. Hope i can get to that next live show.
-
CalebMoffattGreat guys putting out a great showI listen on Spotify, but felt like I needed to come to Apple to give a full review since these guys deserve some credit! The dynamic and chemistry between Omari and Bryce produces a great listen. You get a mix of in-depth basketball analysis, team insight and some lighthearted razzing that makes it fun. I attended the live recording and after the show, both Bryce and Omari (under no obligation) took the time to walk around to each table and have a conversation. Really genuine dudes. So props to Bryce, props to Omari, shout out Wes and a kudos to the Freep for putting on the show. Appreciate the hard work fellas
-
STLAndyBryce, this is for youI love this show! Most other Pistons pods skew way too negative but this one takes a more rational view. Omari and Bryce have great chemistry and the show is produced quite well by super stud Wes D. One critique; Bryce, please for the love of God stop calling players āa bucket.ā It is brutal when young kids say it, much less a middle aged man. Please please please stop. Thank you!
-
rusty2ironGreat PodcastI like a lot of basketball podcasts but I especially enjoy this one because they discuss how the game is played (positioning, plays, etc) in addition to talking about whoās on the team and who might be joining in the future. Plus, itās focused on my fav team. Deeetroit basketbaaaaaaaaaall!
-
RyatfilmMy Absolute Favorite Basketball PODAdmittedly I have become a consumer and fan of most of the Detroit Piston related PODcast. This one has definitely become my absolute favorite Deeetroit Basketball POD. Hosted by Omari and Bryce whose chemistry is absolutely phenomenal, and it really adds to the overall enjoyment of the show. They both have great knowledge and insight into the game of basketball, which allows them to breakdown players and teams in a way that is both entertaining and informative. It's clear that they have a passion for the basketball and journalism and the Pistons, and it really shows in their conversations. Bryceās basketball IQ and his ability to break down players and the game is second to none. His insights and knowledge of the game are both entertaining and informative. Bryceās player breakdown videos are a must watch also. Above all I love that the general tone of the PODcast is upbeat and object and not necessarily focused on the negative. I could only imagine how hard it must of been this season to deliver content for this show without a defeated or melodramatic attitude that many have taken on. So thank you for keeping me objective and hopeful! Though battered and bruised my Stones fandom is alive and well, definitely detecting a āPULSEā still. If you're a Pistons fan, or a fan of basketball in general, then you won't want to miss this podcast. Highly recommended! -Ryan DāSilva
-
Cra3broAnother oneAnother great episode fellas. I really enjoyed it. Keep up the great work. Go Pistons!
-
mittenraisedFresh, Honest PerspectivesBryce and Omari have great complementary perspectives for pistons basketball and do a good job focusing on where the team is and where things could go. Great show
-
@PoeticJustis21@PoeticJustis21Amazing job bringing in Keith Smith on this pod. GREAT insight from all 3 of you. Love the talk on contracts and future value of players from not only a pistons perspective but also from teams around the league. Keep up the good work fellas! - Justis
-
Fb15yoloThe Go-To Podcast for Detroit Basketball FansNever thought Iād be listening to a Pistons podcast but here I am. The podcast is well-produced, and it's easy to listen to on the go. Overall, it's a great way to stay up to date on all things Pistons.
-
Steve6261988Highly RecommendedLove this podcast! Extremely insightful commentary by Bryce!
-
Coach R DubBest Piston podcastEnjoy listening to Omari and Bryce each week. Very insightful and up to date analysis of the team. They stay positive but arenāt afraid to point out where improvements are needed.
-
PoscoGLove the podcastAppreciate the work you guys put in! I think a fun tweak to the predictions you did this year is at the beginning of the year picking one stat that is your main indicator on if the player is moving in the right direction and remove as much of the āwell this isnāt valid due to x,y,z changing. I noticed a lot of the convo was around changes in role or defense vs offense. If you chose, for instance, Bey 3pt %,Stewart 3pt attempts, Cade TOs /FT attempts, Durens PnR defensive metrics - those feel all like truer indicators as they have less connection to team strategy and more focus on personal development. I know you canāt really ever divorce the 2. Anyways just an idea to maybe up the fun on the prediction convos vs pts/a/r type convos. Love the work from all you guys!
-
Slater917Love the content! As a Pistons fan from nowhere near Detroit, the insight yāall bring each week gives me everything I need to know from an information standpoint, and helps me to watch the games with a more critical eye. Keep up the great work!
-
grhdbd djhxTop Notch PodThis is probably the most levelheaded piston podcast out there. Keep it up guys!
-
Adam in 48202Great content, audio quality needs attentionLove the content guys, I listen to every episode. Great analysis and lots of helpful explanations. One thing that could improve the podcast a lot is Omariās mic quality. Not sure whatās going on there but itās noticeably worse sounding than it should be for such a high quality pod. Hoping you can upgrade the vocal chain soon.
-
MattModdernoSuper informative! This is my go-to source for everything Pistons! Love the show, hosts, and whole vibe
