If you want to feel like you’re at the pub with your drunken mates, this is for you. Some people prefer that kind of podcast, but after several listens - the giggling, yelling and chaos is not for me. Three stars anyway because these guys are putting the time in and good for them.

As a new fan of F1, I love the energy these guys bring, especially Jake.

This podcast resonates with people new to watching F1. It’s just 2 mates chatting on a surface level of the sport. Go elsewhere for technical f1 pods. Keep up the great work boys.

Been a fan of F1 for 3 decades. I love the excitement and positivity of Jake and Fab. While their F1 knowledge and history isn’t deep, that’s actually a big draw for me: seeing newer fans embrace the sport and learn along the way! And their interviews are top notch. Love it!

Valid format with hot laps, good interviews , and banter . Lacking on research but still entertaining

I don’t get how this show got so popular so fast and has been able to interview some of the people it has when the two hosts don’t even know what a rear diffuser is or what it does. I get you didn’t know anything about F1 before DTS but to also make no effort since to learn more about the cars, their design or the history of the sport is a shame. To say the RB19 and RB20 has seen very little change is bonkers as well. Sorry but just can’t listen anymore

As a fairly new F1 fan, I do like this podcast. I enjoy all of the guests. But I would recommend also listening to other podcasts too, just in case they say something off. But in general I really like this show!

People don’t understand that these guys are newer to F1 than most and as a newer fan myself it’s really fun to learn more about the sport worth people who also want to learn more about the sport and I really hope boot the pod

Two of the stupidest men ever allowed to speak - also, their lack of knowledge in F1 isn’t the issue, it’s their weird incel banter and their bizarre insistence that everything should be computerized including the drivers. Stop giving sad idiots a platform.

I’ve been listening to Pitstop since the beginning and constantly find myself eager to hear or watch their next episode. Great guests and their genuine joy for what they do makes their pod and YouTube so enjoyable. These guys have done what some of us dream of - finding a passion and chasing it no matter what. In the beginning it offered a unique perspective of through the eyes of new fans discovering the sport but now as time has gone on and have gained a massive platform either they don't take it seriously enough or they aren't the sharpest as the "new fan" excuse no longer applies their lack of knowledge is constant and borderline insulting to any level of serious f1 enthusiast

This is a clear example of 2 idiots who may think by talking none sense will look good and fool audiences. Do better research! Learn the sport better! Look for facts before saying something stupid as usual! Just to cause drama! Just like the so-called “Reporters” from SkySports! Have a level of respect for the Real Fans who follow the sport way before you were born or even discover the existence of the beautiful sport of Formula 1.

You guys are the Zezimas of the f1 pods!! F all the talk guys! I’ve watched F1 a long time, know the answers to all the stuff you guys guess at, and guess what, I still love the podcast.

If you can’t bother to do the research (didn’t know vettel raced for Red Bull) on the sport you cover please get out of the game. Won’t be listening anymore after learning about their train wreck of an appearance on another podcast.

I got blocked on Instagram after leaving a comment about if they would address the SM episode beyond the Instagram story they posted and the other reasons why people are mad after listening to the JM episode. Clearly they don’t understand why people are mad about their comments

Pitiful. Just pitiful.

So why should I? Don’t waste your time listening to a couple of guys throw around their privilege with little to no concern or interest in racing.

Let’s give some others the opportunities these guys have had and see how high others can soar who have a true passion for the sport.

These guys don’t care at all about Formula 1 or the community. All they are here for is the money and fame. They routinely sound like they don’t watch any of the races or know anything about the history of F1, and they keep using the whole “we’re new to F1” excuse all the time… they have had this podcast for a while now and haven’t cared to actually learn about the sport. They are also very rude to other guests and make it seem like they are better than everyone else. There are tons of better F1 podcasts out there by people who love F1.

Only group of people that get celebrated and rewarded for ignorance and mediocrity. Ew.

They claim to be learning about F1 but have learned nothing over the last year despite being given every opportunity. They were recently disrespectful to all drivers and specifically ones that were on this podcast. Better crestería and podcasters out there. Do not recommend

Two very ungrateful, opportunistic, and unaware men. They don’t deserve a platform

Completely and utterly disgusting behavior and comments from two grown men.

These guys should not have a podcast. They should not have a platform where they claim to create a space for new fans whilst simultaneously alienating an entire group (women and girls if you were wondering, who apparently can’t enjoy F1 for the racing). I get it if your target audience is just new, male fans, but it’s not marketed that way now is it? Also, the comments about F2 TO F2 DRIVERS and especially to Juan Manuel Correa, who not only had the tragic crash with Antoine Hubert but also fought tooth and nail to get back to F2 with zero to minimal support from the FIA after suffering a host of injuries, about how they like F2 because of the crashes?????? In what world would that be okay????? Oh also the whole “yeah we didn’t know who you were until just now” to JM was disrespect on a whole other level. If you’re gonna be doing a podcast with guests, do your research. That way we have more to talk about than off-track gossip because a majority of fans (not all but a large majority) follow F1 for the racing and not just to see a bunch of attractive guys. Also, the sexist comments about women??? No thank you. That’s gross. Very long story short, these dudes, who admitted they aren’t actually fans and have no interest in F1 and only do this for the money, should not have a platform nor the opportunities they have been handed on a silver platter by pretending to be interesting. They do not create a space for new fans to learn alongside them, like their description says it does, and especially they don’t create a space where new female fans feel welcome.

I’ve listened to many many hours of their podcast. After their disaster of a week when they spelled it out so plainly how little respect they have for the racers and race craft. I was not surprised. Their podcast is mostly all about themselves , how great they are, how cool it is they’ve gotten so famous, the amazing people they can ring up to ask dumb questions they’re too lazy to google, just to prove they’re in the cool club. I don’t expect you to know everything about racing. But after years …you should be getting better, not getting worse. Give someone else a try that wants it more and will work harder for it to deserve it. I hope this is something they will learn from.

As a female fan, I can’t help but think of how ridiculous the double standards are for us because if these guys were girls, they wouldn’t have lasted a day. They would’ve been blown to smithereens immediately… These guys embarrass all new fans and really don’t deserve this big of a platform. I concede that I was impressed they managed to get a talk with Aston’s mechanic but it really was just a wasted opportunity. Imagine how much more we could learn if Mikey Brown had talked to people actually interested and knowledgeable in the sport.

There was potential here, especially with so many new fans coming into F1- unfortunately, I think these two have squandered any goodwill they might have had with their arrogance, ignorance, casual misogyny, and racism.

After listening to their comments on screaming meals it’s clear that these guys don’t care about racing nor care to educate themselves on it even after a year. They are only in it for the money and provide no value what’s so ever. They insult drivers to their face and have undergone no self improvement.
