    Overall, a good Klatch.
I like the good. Really informative and I love the speaking from personal and science cohesively to elevate understanding. The intros are at least 5 years too long. Definitely would love a quick 30 seconds to pique interest at most and move on to the chat.

    Best podcast on coffee science
I really enjoyed this podcast from start to finish. Everything was well researched and super useful for both a casual and expert coffee drinker. I highly recommend listening to this even if you want just a little more knowledge.
