HfhfhcncjfbGreat info but overuse of “like”I love the information provided in The Flow State podcast. It is very educational and provides fabulous information. I have to listen in batches though. The overuse of the word “like” and ending sentences as a question gets a little annoying after a while. That’s just my personal opinion and it shouldn’t make you not listen to this great podcast.

KLom3Well worth your time! This podcast is evidence-based and to the point. I find that other health podcasts add a lot of fluff or get distracted by a side conversation, only to touch on the episode topic for the last 5-10 minutes, making you feel like you’ve wasted your time. Norah and Monica get right into it. While digging into the science of “why”, they also bravely share their own first hand personal and professional experiences making it extra relatable. I am always looking forward to the next episode!

florrrfloresA must-listen podcast!I feel empowered listening to this podcast! Both Monica and Norah do an excellent job at educating listeners about different topics revolving menstrual health and making us feel part of a community. I’ve already started taking action to heal my hormones! I look forward to Mondays to listen to the new episode!

Brie BatesMust listen! This is so amazing to have a podcast focused on womens mental and hormonal health. For someone who has struggled so much with endometriosis and the diagnosis for 3+ years being told it’s an “eating disorder” causing low weight & heavy periods with a prescription to birth control automatically being their solution- I am glad there’s a podcast to talk about hormonal health and how to regulate your body! Xo

_jesshernandez_Such an eye openerI recently been diagnosed with pmdd and I had close people in my life who didn’t really understand what I was going through. I refused to take any medication and wanted to find other ways to feel healthier physically and mentally. This is just the beginning for me and so far listening to this podcast made me feel like I wasn’t alone and really helped me.

yosandwichGreat listen!I’m so excited for this new podcast! As someone who struggles with hormone imbalances (and probably nearing peri menopause), I appreciate how I can relate so much to the topics that are discussed. I can’t wait for more episodes!

Perfect SweetnessGreat podcast and very informative! This was a fantastic podcast (episode 3). It was so interesting to know that dietitians are the only ones that should be providing the info on meal plans, legally. Crazy because so many ppl try to take on this role. It was very interesting to see how when you see for feel things are wrong with your body and it’s so important to search for answers and keep looking for solutions. Blown away that birth control can have such a negative effect and we don’t realize until we start developing symptoms. It’s wonderful to find alternative solutions to prevent these issues with our wellness. Thank you ladies!

caroline_023Dynamic Duo!I am obsessed with this podcast already! Norah and Marea combine their expertise and personal stories in such a real and informative way. They keep it real and provide a platform for women to feel heard and informed about their own bodies. After listening to Norah tell her story, I realized I wasn’t alone in my health journey! I related to so many GI and hormonal issues that she faced and talked about so openly. Norah’s story gave me hope that there are remedies to heal my gut and balance my hormones in a natural and functional way. The Flow State has become a great resource as I navigate through my own health journey. Thank you Norah and Marea for sharing your love and expertise!

NicoleOsterFinally!I could cry. Seems dramatic, I know, but I’ve been having such a tough time with my cycle and it feels like this is coming at just the right time - the height of PMDD and the worst symptoms I’ve ever experienced. You might just be the manifestation from my deal with the universe 🤣 So much relatable and easy to digest info. Anyone who menstruates can relate to at least a portion of what you discuss. And even if it’s not immediately relatable, it’s crucial information for menstruates to know. There’s so little research out there for us and I’m so grateful you’re taking on the task of putting as much as possible out there to help!

sofiashanahanLife changingI suffer from pmdd and when I say my period quite literally dictates my life I mean it literally. So to have a safe space where a podcast talks about the highs and lows and realistic ways to manage your symptoms and live your best life, I’m in love!

NgdizzleThe adult version “are you there God? It’s me Margaret”I didn’t even know some of my *normal* questions about my period had answers and I definitely didn’t know where to find them! I love the realness of the podcast and it’s like I’m talking about periods, PMS, etc with my big sis!

AshlynnmitchellEvery woman (& man) needs this podcastGive me all the tips! Love the validation & education so I can embrace me as a woman even more ❤️

EmilyE8Great info- thought provoking too!I really enjoyed the latest episode and felt like (unfortunately) I could relate to a lot of what Norah has gone through- antibiotics causing lasting digestive issues, being told “nothing is wrong” when knowing something is wrong, etc. my hormones are out of whack and it was interesting to hear that stopping intense exercise really helped to reset the system. I Iove love love “intense” exercise so this is a hard thing to grasp… cardio and long days in the mountains bring me a lot of joy… but maybe my body is asking for a break?! Thanks for all of the great info ladies!
