JMSHORENormalizing GallowayA million thank you’s for this podcast and normalizing the Galloway method of running. It allows such a broad spectrum of runners: all ages, sizes, abilities, enabling so many people to reach their goals. While I don’t run as fast as you, I appreciate your relatability.

cvabbateSuccess!! Run/Walk with the Galloway GirlsI started listening to these ladies as a result of my curiosity. I was dreading that runners were improving their times, running injury free and did not lack motivation for daily runs. So I bought Galloways book and searched podcasts for Galloway. The Galloway Girls came up and of course, I had to give it a chance. I have improved my time, improve my heart rate, I am injury free and motivated to run everyday. In the podcast the ladies mix their daily life stories with reviews of their recent races/runs. In the mix they also provide advice explaining processes in the Walk/Run method. They also answer questions on IG very quickly. I only wish I would have started this running method sooner and always in the company of the Galloway Girls!

Kay Jay runs DisneyKeeping it realI like how Naomi and Liz aren't afraid to get into the nitty gritty and say what needs to be said. I've been running since the 80s and just switched to run walk in 2022. Running has changed a lot for females in that time. But there still is so much room for improvement. Thanks for your constant reminders on fueling and not taking running too seriously. I look forward to more great episodes!

davrbenGreat Advice and ConversationThis has quickly become one of my favorite running podcasts. I learned about the Run Galloway Girls through my friend Nate at Jeff’s half marathon in March, and I wish I found them sooner so I could have said hi then. The episodes feel like you’re part of a conversation with friends, and the advice, highlights, struggles, and everything in between help to share the whole running experience. Even as a guy, there are a ton of takeaways, and you get insights into how men and women may face different challenges or hurdles. I love the advocacy for run-walk-run and hope to meet Liz and Naomi at a race sometime soon! - David

AuntDi11Love the Run Galloway Girls PodcastI discovered the Run Galloway Girls’ podcast after seeing them running in the Galloway half-marathon this past March! I have enjoyed listening to them so much, and also truly appreciate their dedication to the sport and sharing their experiences and stories with us! So genuine, knowledgeable, and kindhearted and I look forward to listening to them while doing my RWR runs! Discovered RWR almost eight years ago and haven’t looked back! It’s changed my life. Keep up the great job, Liz and Naomi!! Thank you!!

newly sobee mommyRun walkspirational show!I have been using the Galloway method for the past year or so after returning to running in my 40s and needing to ease into it. I have loved the benefits of training this way and expect I always will run and race using Galloway. I have found that at most local races almost no one else is using it, which feels a little isolating. I’ve really enjoyed having this show to inspire me. It’s like having a couple of running friends sharing the highs and lows of racing and training and incorporating walking right along with me.

DCJaxVANaomi & Liz are legendsNaomi & Liz are in my local running group and let’s just say, they are the girls you aspire to run with. They de-mystify and de-stigmatize the run/walk method, which I appreciate. How better to listen to their podcast, by running? Bravo, ladies.
