    A Delightful Listen
Sadie has a very soothing voice, first and foremost 😌. The podcast is exceptionally put together—and entertaining, yes, even for folks who may not be the biggest Supernatural fans. Her enthusiasm and dedication to each episode are enough for me to support her in this project—and hopefully many more in the future.

    Hooked!
After listening to bonus episode three and then episode one of In Defence of Fandom, I’m hooked! My own Supernatural experience is similar and doing to Sadie’s experience. It started out as my husband’s show because it was too scary for me, haha! I began to watch more episodes with him after season four but it wasn’t until March 2023 that we binge watched every episode of Supernatural. And then I found the rabbit hole of the SPN family! I started selling my art this year as a way to save up for for the convention in DC. I earned enough for two gold passes! And was inspired to go all in by the people I met and the friends I made. I listened to the bonus episode first after seeing a story on Instagram about an art competition for the Family Business Beer Company, and then the first episode as I worked on my “moose and squirrel” art. Thanks for putting all this together Sadie!!

    Super fun!
Really interesting stories that we don’t often hear, about how people form new fan communities and why they matter! I haven’t seen Supernatural, which is the main focus, but the podcast gives enough context that everything makes sense, and it’s fun to hear from people who are so passionate about the show and how being a fan has impacted their lives!

    A Fresh Look!
I'm very much enjoying this fresh fan-driven take on the people within the fandom itself and how they and their creations became a resource for the show itself. I look forward to hearing so many more passionate people talking about something they genuinely love. Can't wait for more!

    A fan of fans
A refreshingly positive look at the joy that loving things can bring to your life. The podcasts blends a colloquial, friendly perspective with research and expert interviews to create an engaging and informative experience. The audio quality is stellar which is always a nice surprise with new podcasts. Even if you have never seen an episode of Supernatural (like me), you will find something great in the well written, guitar jangling, wholesome look at why its okay (maybe great?) to be a fan.

    Can’t wait!
Too often we are looked down on because of our love of things that people don’t understand ie TV shows, Anime, Comics, sci-fi, etc. What I have found is that fandom can make real change in the world and I love that you are exploring us and what makes us tick.
