-
ZFANâ¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸Thank You Senator Warren!Love this episode! Thank you Senator Elizabeth Warren for coming on the show and sharing the importance of the CFPC. I was one of the many the went into foreclosure in 2008. I donât my kids growing up in a world that itâs okay for financial institutions to take advantage of us. Then we have to bail them out too!!
-
Goranger22Love the storiesThanks for bringing great people to the show and learning about finances from a variety of industries

Babycrazy0oLove My BFF!!Such a great podcast with detailed information. She has clarified so many things for me. Sometimes I need to listen to these podcasts in .75 time so I can keep up with all the details that she rapidly shares to be sure I grasp it all. Keep it coming! Iâm here for it. Thank you!

Jamieth2025Vivian is awesome!I love this channel so much and am so grateful, especially as an AFAB to be able to listen to such awesome information from someone who knows how to get ahead. Thank you so much! Youâre awesome!

Mocha KonaInformativeAll the topics are very informative, interesting, and relatable!!!

C.K. HGreat information! Thanks for the information provided in your latest episode. Understanding the implications of current Presidentâs pending policies is vital to my future decisions.

ceazy mom 22A financial guru for our generationVivian discusses topics that are current and for a generation of us 30-50 that makes sense! Great tips, tricks and education.
-
ypsimamabaerBest personal finance podcast out thereForget the whole âspend less and get richâ trope. Your rich BFF explains why you canât coupon your way into wealth - you need to invest. Vivienne is relatable, direct, and up to date on current financial topics. She asks all of the questions you donât dare ask your financially savvy friends and helps listeners understand the larger financial system.

SinamocaStop the angst spreadBought the book, read it, grant it there are some important tips but overall the book and the narrative is very segregation prone and reads to be racist sort of speak. Stick to the facts and donât blame riches to white people. All Americans work hard to gain wealth no matter their skin color.

k_mckelsonVapid and thirstyThis show is just a lot of hot air. The host is grating in that even when she has an interesting guest, she cuts them off at every turn to insert her 2 cents. Worth less than 2 cents as this person obviously doesnât know much and has made a business off of googling stuff and repeating that superficial knowledge in a loud voice. If you like to listen to someone being rude to their guests and not saying much of substance this is the show for you. Sad because personal finance is an important topic - better for people to learn from licensed professionals with more than 2 years relevant work experience tho.
-
AmalfiCoastLove đ¸âď¸Great advice! This podcast is wonderful and chock full of good real estate, investing and saving advice. My only concern: Vivian PLEASE stop interrupting your guests. Let them speak and finish a sentence. Thank you!
-
Brain dots! Not that helpfulOften these feel like promotional interviews where the rich promote each other off a base of hopeful people that could find real financial educations elsewhere.
-
MCIdahoBoringBack and more boring than everâŚ.
-
Jocee217Great!Great advice and on point!

New to financial literacyItâs great, sometimesI love the episodes where she doesnât have guests. Her guests are primarily people who are trying to promote themselves rather than focus on the title of the episode. At times she asks questions that as a listener, you would be interested in, but then they go on and talk about themselves again with no insight, just sharing their experience. However, the episodes where there are no guests are very insightful. You can also find te information she has provided in her book.
-
alivewomanyeahStarted out informative, not anymore. The early episodes were much more informative, specifically the ones with no guests and just Vivian giving info. Increasingly each guest shares less info and just talks about whatever theyâre selling or their brand. Now some of them are just long commercials for sweet greens or whatever.

QwertyFam89My favorite wealth building communityđOne of the most consistent pieces of advice rich people in my life have given is to find a finance bestie; someone who works in finance and speaks the language fluently so I can familiarize myself with it. As Iâm growing my income through my entrepreneurial journey, this podcast makes money a fun game instead of a tumultuous topic. Iâm learning what systems, strategies, and rules work in my favor and which ones need reform. Vivian is a GEM for sharing her knowledge with us and connecting us to more experts that inspire and give so generouslyđ¤

TJ9323!A much needed podcast!A podcast that gives actual tangible financial education, tips, and advise.

private pleaseUpdating my reviewPreviously I complained about Vivian promoting fast fashion brands and mentioned how Blogilates has pointed out how her designs have been stolen by these types of brands. Well this week I felt heard and seen! I was very happily surprised when she had Cassey as a guest this week. Iâve loved her yoga mats from the start, read her book, downloaded her apps, and so forth. Iâve definitely been a popster. It was nice to see Vivian promoting a small business entrepreneur, not just Marshallâs. I can say the Bala bangle weights are worth it, btw. I prefer them to resistance bands any day. The rest is my prior comment: There are some tools I never would have guessed weâre out there! If you ever do a mortgage episode, I think it would be valuable to break down the total costs of the different types (doctor loans, FHA, standard 30 yr, and 15 yr) along with how the costs vary with credit scores. Many people fixate on buying a home without realizing all the interest and fees and these topics need to be discussed by an expert that can make things simple. Also, total costs, not just monthly.

meg.m.k.eInformative Easy to Understand Interesting PodcastThank you

-
Na.shaliSo thankful for this podcastThanks Vivian and team for the informative content every episode! I love hearing all of the real life experiences that relate to the advice your sharing and I am always inspired by the stories of people who went from zero to boss in real time. This podcast really helps me see that my money goals are attainable and not just a far fetched dream. Please keep the âthings I wish I did in my twentiesâ content coming !
-
Nick1992-1992Great podcast, sponsored by MarshallâsThe sponsors take up way too much time and energy
-
AnnaRam08One big Marshallâs adI cannot, Iâm deleting my recent download and unsubscribing. The Keltie Knight episode is a HUGE Marshallâs ad with no money advice at all. They work it into the conversation so much that itâs annoying, then towards the end they reveal theyâre both sponsored by Marshallâs and involved in some kind of event hosted by them. What a waste of an episode and my time, seriously. Iâm disappointed that I trusted My Rich BFF to give me valuable information, yet she stole my time by misleading me on what this episode would be about and how it could enhance my life. Vivian, you lost me with this one, there was no gain to your listeners here.
-
j3d_lpzLove Rich BFFI loved all the clips I was able to see on Pinterest, as I donât have any other social media platforms. When Vivian spoke about her podcast, I immediately started listening and do so every week!
-
:) tbhInvestingI love your show and I have learned so much from it! Iâm in my 30s and earn about 60k a year. Iâve wanted to start a Roth IRA but I donât know where to start, how much to put it in or, when i can use it. Also, I hear you mentioning index funds? Does that work together with the Roth IRA? I am so confused! I listen to your episodes when I head to work and I feel itâs such a good use of my time. Thank you for what you do!!
-
christyMxoxoToo many adsThis podcast is essentially an ad for marshallâs. Also, the fact that she took a shein ad is wild to me and makes me feel like $$$ is all that matters for her ads itâs such an awful company.
-
bald_madispon conI know Vivianâs position on finances is not ultra frugality but the episodes have turned into a Marshallâs ad. Just seems counter intuitive to advertise the sort of non essential empty spending that you do at a Marshallâs or TJ Maxx.
-
Marsss__I really enjoy your content!Your content is relevant to the world we live in today and also so realistic. I would love to hear your thoughts on current inflation and how middle class can prepare better (also corporate annual reviews might be a bit disappointing this year). Anyway, I look forward to listening to your podcast every week!
-
G-DOG0961A Must listen for all young adults!I am not the typical demographic for My Rich BFF (Iâm in my 50âs) but I do have teenagers and I feel that Vivianâs style and how she explains the nuisances of all things financial is just so relatable and clear to so many young people. After almost every episode, I find myself thinking⌠âman I wish more than anything I had someone like Vivian to explain the details of money when I was starting outâ
-
xshierilxLove Vivian!I listen to every single episode each week. Love everything except maybe this latest one (with Lindsey whatshername đ). That girl was hard to listen to. She also sounded drunk. Or maybe depressed. Not sure. But anyway, Viv is GREAT and so are her past guests.
-
PharmgeekSo entertaining and helpfulAt first I was skipping a lot of episodes because I thought the titles didnât relate to me, but the more I listened the more I craved because sheâs so entertaining. I went back and listened to the ones I skipped and they all had good info too! Iâve already shared a few episodes with my 20-something friends hoping to give them a leg up in the future. So far my favorite has been the one about BILT which I donât need because Iâm already happy in my mortgage, but the story of the company was jaw dropping. Keep it up Vivienne!
-
LSM91210/10This podcast is a great very clear guide on finance without any obnoxious judgment or incessant product pushing. The episode with Alex V. is the most straightforward finance guidance Iâve heard to date without any hidden product agenda.
-
Jaimie Adams 270FAVORITE PODCASTExtremely informative and helpful for those seeking anything with finances!! In my 30s and I donât think I wouldâve appreciated this podcast as much in my 20s. Commercials come with the territory for free money tips. Not mad about the commercials like others have previously commented.
-
abannSo closeI feel like this show has so much potential but she talks a lot about herself... which to a certain degree I get but she could cut out so much of her personal storytelling and it would add more to the show. One episode she talks 75% of her personal story on going to the hospital it took away from the actual point of the episode. I'm here to listen to information not your life story.
-
TwinMotherFacterYasss!Thank you Vivian! I love beauty products but what are the odds you had my other favorite podcasters (Fool Coverage) on your podcast! I loved the collab with Manny Mua and Laura Lee! Youâre all awesome business owners/influencers as well. Was excited to listenâŚ.and excited to see whatâs next! PS thanks for having the voicemail to call in our suggestions. :)
-
mnd2020Informative but...I love the topics and info that Vivian covers but it's hard to follow along when she talks so fast. I'm also not a fan of all of the ads, especially when most of the episodes are 20-30mins long. At least they're skippable đ¤ˇđťââď¸
-
Emguti7Too many adsEach episode is only 30 minutes at best and you get an ad about every 3-5 minutes.
-
Beth CapleLove!!These conversations are amazing!!
-
jayteeeezyGuestsI appreciate the guests you bring on the show. I just listened to your new episode with V Spehar, I absolutely loved it! I enjoyed listening to her points of view, where she started and what she's doing. Can you add your guests socials in the show notes? I immediately started following her. Loved this one!
-
Kelli0604Great info butPlease slow down ! You talk so fast I canât even comprehend the information before youâre moving on to something else that being said great information. Thanks.
-
Hollyann marie SSo insightful and helpfulI highly recommend this podcast if you identify as someone who wants to learn more about financial topics in a fun and story telling way. I will be honest I have typically avoided anything having to do with finances because it makes me anxious. This podcast has helped me to talk more about it and feel less anxious! Vivian is not only so knowledgeable she breaks down complex topics into ways that anyone can understand!
-
KD5--Too many adsCouldnât get thru my first episode. SOOO many ads and their long!! Sounded liked some good info but Iâm not interested in ads.
-
Asian MaCredit card travel tipsLove love all these informations! Never know joe to do this!!

@toad.and.cakeLove it!Iâve listened to a lot of other financial podcasts and thought âwhat could this one possibly add?â And the answer is SO MUCH. There is so much in this podcast that I havenât heard before. I learn something new in every episode! Thank you so much for doing this podcast Vivian!!
