    Most Valuable Podcast
    Shona is someone I originally came across searching for yoga videos on YouTube many years ago, but have continually remembered and sought out her content repeatedly for years and years. She is intelligent, compassionate, earnest, funny, and—although my lifestyle is so so much different than hers—has positively influenced me to seek out and implement healthier behaviors in my life. She makes it so fun and positive and joyful. The information is dense, but approachable and she makes the more complicated information digestible. I’ve listened to each episode multiple times in an effort to really absorb the information, and even have a notebook where I wrote down notes and reflections. I always look forward to these episodes, and truly think this is one of the most valuable sources of information for me at this time in my life, when I’ve been wanting to implement healthier behaviors, change parts of my life, but not sure how. Shona is such a great teacher and I’m so happy and thankful she’s made this podcast.

    Truly holistic
    It’s refreshing to find a podcast that is so soothing but won’t put me to sleep. This is the perfect blend of educational, informative, & well-researched, AND relatable, casual, and fun. Shona insists on doing everything using a well-rounded approach that views medicine, science, research, philosophy, psychology, fitness, wellness, social media, relationships, etc, as interrelated, is the way we actually experience real life. I was one of those, ”I don’t exercise,” people and also one of those “I never write reviews,” but Shona’s videos literally changed my life. I’ve even gotten a handful of my loved ones to join her Vertue Crew, which is amazing on so many levels. I always tell people the reason I was able to stick with Shona for so long is not just because she does a great workout, it’s her attention to detail and explaining HOW things work, then letting you decide WHY you’ll do (or not do) whatever she’s suggesting. It’s really educational and she kicks your a**, but she does it like she’s your best friend :)

    I have been following Shona on IG and Youtube for years and it’s so nice to finally have a podcast to go more in debt into the subjects. Grab a paper and a pen because there are many interesting things to write down and reflect on later and I love that she is leaving references of studies and books to look over. I already binged 3 episodes and can’t wait for the next ones to come !
