Slow German listening experience

This podcasts for beginners and intermediate learners provides small episodes in german, with slow pace and a relaxed vibe! It can be a great daily tool to support your german learning (e.g. in addition to a course) or just to get you accustomed to the sound of the language. A long the way you'll learn interesting things about everyday topics, but also german culture, sports, politics and history.  Usually there will be new episodes every monday. Love it!

The spoken German is exactly what a beginner or moderately intermediate German language learner love to hear. Each episode’s topic is interesting, current, relatable and being shared with simplicity and fun facts. Teja D. exudes patience and understanding for the leaner by chipping in explanations in English here and there. Love his introduction which is always so warm hearted sharing about how he is and asking about the listeners how they are (you are!). Love the peaceful lead-in and wrap-up music. Simply awesome. Thank you very much!

Very useful

I love this show, it’ss a useful tool to learn German for beginners and I find it useful to listen to each episode several times. The host is good and the subjects are interesting and applicable. Honestly the best of the “slow German” genre Ive encountered. Sehr gut!

Perfect podcast for beginners

I recently discovered this podcast and really enjoy it. It’s perfect for a beginner level, as the host actually speaks slowly. You can easily hear grammar you might be learning in a class put into practice, which is nice. I like the relaxed vibe of the show and the short episodes make it easy to always tune in. Thanks for putting this out in the world - I’m very grateful!

Helpful and interesting

I am so glad I found this podcast. It is helpful and interesting! I’ve tried lots and this is one of my favorites!! I have binge listened to all of them and have learned so much. Fantastic for beginners

The episodes are interesting, the vocabulary is manageable for a beginner and it is actually spoken slowly!
