Avery has an incredible talent of making any topic about herself when talking to guests. Maybe stick to solo episodes if you’re incapable of conducting a basic interview ?

She is a disgrace and I had to let everyone know it

I used to LOVE Avery but her podcasts are getting harder to listen to. I feel like she talks about herself a lot, like we get it but I want to hear your guest. Plus some of the outrageous stuff she’s said was really a turn off. I hope she can get back to her old self

I love this podcast and content but the audio is really low. I have to turn my car to maximum volume to even hear a little. I’ve also tried headphones and just my phone but every way I listen the audio is super low The mic’d up episode with Syd Smith was the best audio yet,

Avery has the potential to be an incredible podcaster. She has great guests on and asks good questions. My one qualm is that she talks about herself too much. If she has a guest on, I want to hear from the guest and not have her jump in mid conversation to tell the same stories we’ve heard over and over again.

I love Avery and her podcast. It’s a fun light hearted listen. I enjoy how open and honest she is. Feels like I’m sitting down with a girlfriend chatting about random stuff!

i was a really big fan for years and followed her on all platforms. she was my favorite, and after the controversy with the harry episode i wanted to still listen because i really did like her for so long. i listened to the most recent episode (truth or sip) and her blaming, and out of touch mentality with it all made me so sad. i couldn’t finish the episode.

Entertainment, this is NOT! I can’t imagine what her teenage step daughters think or what her children are going to think when they are old enough to understand.

If it were possible to give no stars, that’s what this podcast deserves. There is no way this is a podcast worth listening to. She’s mostly solo because nobody wants to go on her show. She admits to being unprepared and not knowing anything about her guest (if she has one). She can’t even do the bare minimum! And it’s the same story-over and over. It’s boring!

Joking about r*pe is “comedy?” Or was the part about being “pristine” down there the comedy? Just another blemish on Avery Woods’s brand in a long line of them. Officially done listening, supporting, and following this filth.

This was an interesting podcast the first season with guests and getting to know some influencers that don’t open up much and talking things that are new to the audience. But it seems like this season is a lot of the same thing over and over. Too many expletive “saucy” episodes that feel like TMI. A lot of solo episodes that I’m sure some people enjoy, but it’s lost my interest. It’s gotten so over the top vulgar and nasty. Not to mention her lack of self control, speaking over guests, no filter saying things completely out of left field, just nasty.

One of the most uncomfortable, try hard podcasts I’ve ever listened to.

Saying people should be raped by Jesus is vile. She tries to play it off as a joke then say people are just hating? No you’re disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself. Father in law is a pastor and this is what you think is okay to say?? This is an embarrassment to your family! Save your soul! JESUS IS KING!!

Gave me the major ick. So many things went wrong and saying “it was a joke” just makes it 10x worse. It should never be a joke. I would be concerned for your management that they even let this air. How scary

The mocking of my religion is so baffling to me. I am so sorry she’s so broken and lonely and only can find joy in hurting others.

Used to love her podcasts and learning about confidence but I have unfollowed her on everything because what she said was insanely disrespectful and so out of pocket. To disrespect anyone in that was is not okay, especially Jesus.

Girl we all support you. But you have to think how big your CHRISTIAN fan base is. It’s cute to laugh & joke but know when things are too far. Lines get crossed. Praying for you to come out better from this situation. You shouldn’t use a platform like this to spread hate on another religion because you think it’s funny. May God grant His mercy!

The comment about Jesus was exceptionally offensive and over the line. She NEEDS to apologize, if it were another religion then an apology would have happened…very unprofessional and disgusting.

Not only does she exploit her children for profit, while simultaneously constantly talking inappropriately about having an*l s*x. She makes rape jokes and makes fun of an entire religion. This woman is so out of touch I can’t believe she has any kind of fan base. The podcast episodes are just her talking about herself and making crude comments.

I’ve loved following Avery for years but after the podcast with Harry Jowsey I will be unfollowing. It’s so disrespectful to say something as vulgar as she did about someone’s religion whether you agree with it or not! Everything about that episode was disgusting, and I will no longer be following, so disappointing in you Avery DO BETTER!

If I could put 0 stars, I would. In the span of one episode she managed to heavily flirt with a single man as a married woman (asked if he would hook up with her?), make an @n@l r@pe “joke” in reference to religious figure, say women who have v births aren’t “pristine” down there, and “nobody wants a skinny baby”….. so confused how this episode was approved to be released by the Unwell network. It is necessary for Avery to apologize for all of these things and mention them specifically when doing so, instead of apologizing that listeners don’t like her “sarcasm and comedy”. Having a platform is a privilege, not a right. If r@pe is part of your “sarcasm and comedy”, your platform should be revoked.

Not sure why I even subscribed in the first place but this last episode with Harry was the last straw. I’m not even religious but this was over the top offensive. Also- the flirting in this episode was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate.

I used to be a big Avery woods fan up until her latest episode with harry. Jesus is my Lord and Savior and for her to mock Him and joke about r*pe genuinely hurt my heart. She was less than tolerable before joining unwell, and she’s even less tolerable after. She has no idea how to properly conduct an interview, and she was hardcore fangirling to the point of word vomit when interviewing Harry. Comes off beyond desperate.

This is brain rot at it’s finest. Was there really a market to hear a 40 yr old woman share this type of stuff? Concerning kids are being raised by this type of person. 😵‍💫

It’s truly sad to see how you lost respect for yourself and your spouse. The Harry episode was hard to listen to. It was very pick ME energy. Also, it’s ok to not be religious, but it’s never ok to mock other’s beliefs. You need to have more respect for your followers, at the end of the day you have the success you have because of us. Lastly, You can be cool without being vulgar!

I used to enjoy this podcast, but lately, the episodes have become overly focused on sexual topics and are no longer interesting. The mockery of Jesus is especially off-putting. Whether someone believes or not, there’s no need to be disrespectful. Given the large following and platform you have, I’d encourage more thoughtful consideration of the words and topics chosen.

I’ve always enjoyed Avery, but after the episode with Harry I just have to be done listening to this type of toxic content. The sex talk and asking a man if he would hook up with her is totally disrespectful to her husband. The blasphemy is just so vile and disturbing. I noticed at times the sound of the podcast is super low so when listening in the car, with headphones in, or on a speaker at home I have to blast the podcast to hear you guys good. I wasn’t sure if you were aware of it so I thought I would let you know, but I love the podcast so much and I can’t wait to continue listening on your unwell journey!!
