rcamp0222Left wing drivelSome of the shows are just left wing drivel. I get that you are all left wing but I’m still hanging on because still some actual tech talk.

GimmeDatThangLong Time Listener💙 MacBreakWeekly and This Week In Tech are consumed weekly by me. My week is not complete without listening to either show.
-
ashbusrThe bestI have been listening and watching Leo and friends for 20 years. Even visited the Twit Brick House. Best tech news you can get, and funny too. I have learned a lot along the way about Macs and video. Keep going Leo!

Claudius2kStuck on PoliticsThis show has lost all tech relevance. I am not interested in Elon Musk bashing or politics, I came here for technology. Whether you hate Twitter or not. Despite feedback and comments from viewers to stick to tech, it comes back to political views of the host. Even the guests try to pull the show back on topic. Now they will spend more than a year stuck on AI. What else is there to say? I know it is easy to find guests familiar with AI but there’s more in Tech than AI. Enough has be rehashed for now. Sorry, I won’t listen whether it’s $7 or free anymore. Jumped the Shark.

Higgins9875Lost interest in this podthe Twitter/Elon schadenfreude is unlistenable. The vaccine cheerleading during the pandemic was annoying. The pod got way too political during Trump’s presidency. I still enjoy the Mac/Apple podcast though. I used to come to this for a more global view of the tech industry, which it does not provide me.

Hightower007STOP interrupting your guests LeoYour guests start to speak and you interrupt them ALL the time. Let them speak, most of the time they know more about the subject then you Leo. The $7 dollar paywall is hurting TWiT more then you know. Many podcasts are now behind a paywall, so how does one expect to get advertisers? It just keeps going downhill. Maybe retire and let Ant take over.

Rick EdwardsVisionless journalists, stifle innovationThere seems to be a fascination with hating on Elon Musk. While I am not a fan of Mr. Musk, Laporte and Mr. “Big 3 Auto Guy” Sam do is hate on someone who puts their money where their mouth is and attempts to innovate. If these guys could insult the late Steve Jobs’ vision and get away with it they should. Instead Laporte spends all his ad money buying toys and asks people to join Club Twit to fund his failed business. What do you know Leo?

hellojillbrownTech made interestingLeo and his team do such a great job providing info on a mix of tech related topics and insights from cutting edge to tried and true but all leading back to how it affects me and/or how I can use it to improve my life both personally and professionally. I’ve been listening for years. Huge fan. Leo is so NICE and so SMART!
-
Johnny4536252TwitListen to this next work for years. Some shows are better than others. But over good stuff
-
TKolbyToo politicalLeo and all his shows have become impossible to listen to. Everything is political and his socialist views are expressed in just about every topic. There are too many other choices.

mchil11Entertaining and InformativeI used to have ZDTV and then TechTV going all the time back in the day. I discovered to my surprise a couple years ago that Leo never stopped. I’d been out of the loop! Not every show is for everyone, but I’ve got 4 or 5 I listen to regularly. TWiT and MacBreak Weekly are my favorites for the panel discussions. iOS Today is a bit lighter but I enjoy it. Security Now is fascinating but a bit over my head but I feel like I learn a lot. I listen to TWiG and occasionally Windows Weekly. I miss the New Screen Savers and hope it’ll come back someday. It was the only one I regularly watched on video, although they do all the shows on video too. To respond to other reviews that seem to be personal attacks for some reason: Yes, there are ads. That’s what keeps the shows going. There’s no Patreon link or begging for money in other ways, so the ads are necessary. About half the ads are relevant to me but that’s better than the proportion on tv or radio. Politics do creep in occasionally, and they are liberal with a bit of a libertarian bent sometimes. But why should they have anything good to say about people in a certain party who continually try to enact policies that are detrimental to, and dangerous for, technology users? And yeah, they rely heavily on Leo, but that’s why I listen. He’s entertaining. There’s a very occasional joke that borders on bad taste, although this seems to have lessened since I started listening. And I know some people seem to have issues with some of his history, but that hardly seems relevant. All I know is that I’ve looked forward to my commute since I added these shows to my podcast rotation. Keep up the great work, everyone!

emotdLisa’s LoverSince Lisa has taken over the day to day programming, TWiT has become a waste land of uninteresting blabber. She has cut the staff to the bare bones, resting upon Leo’s work that built the network. If you subscribe you will furthering Leo’s&Lisa’s business model of screwing the listener.

johnnaryryA Commercial Delivery PlatformThe TWiT.tv network is essentially a platform for the delivery of lengthy and frequent commercials, mostly for products and services which are completely uninteresting and/or irrelevant to their stated target audience. I propose a new drinking game: take a hit each time Leo mentions porn, or makes a thinly veiled unsavory remake to, or about, a female co-host or guess. I'm not prudish, but this shows do have "Clean" tags. Download and listen at your own risk…

Carl von HasselIf you're a Liberal you'd probably like itBut I'm not so after listening for a few years I've had enough Republican bashing. Time to unsubscribe. Not sure why you'd want to piss off half the US population but if that's your business model more power to you. I use to fast forward two minutes every time they mentioned politics then ten then thirty finally I gave up. Politics aside the content was pretty good. I listen to Security Now as well and almost unsubscribed to that as well when they pooh poohed Hillary's email problem. I hope that show stays apolitical.

Maine-ah in VermontBoring and staleThe Twit Network used to have great programming when they would have loud opinionated guests. Now they are all corporate shills that receive graft and do not provide meaningful information.
-
Spudboy2006Netcasts :)If you like TWIT then you will love TotalDrama.

DiamantopoulosTWiT "all shows"...great idea, but...I was recent poking around the Podcasts on iTunes and found "TWiT ALL SHOWS"!!! What a marvelous idea... I use podcasts of twit shows while I run and eliminated all my buttons to one ALL SHOWS button (just delete the ones I won't listen to, or have already viewed, before downloading them!) My question: get an "ALL SHOWS VIDEO" selection too???
-
David SnowAwesome networkLeo and his twit network is a great way to keep up on the world of tech. I listen to at least one show a day and my knowledge has grown a lot.

ThorbengrProfessional PodcastI live in Germany so I'm not able to watch the "this week in google"- show live on twit.tv (which is even more fun since you get some insides). Therefor I subscribed to this download here in Itunes and it always is amazing!!! With Jeff Jarvis, Gina Trapani, and others dropping by! And of course Leo Laporte!!! If you want to hear experts talking about internet related news, you should subscribe to some of twit.tv's podcasts :)

ChrisCoopLeo is the man!I've been following Leo since his days at ZDTV. His shows consist of all his buddies from that time and all the other major players in the tech industry. From gadgets & news to pontificating on the future, Leo and cast keep it interesting with a vast variety of shows. Not every show is only about tech. Twit is a glimpse into where TV is headed.
-
davidamodtGreat stuffGood range of shows and leo's the best
-
pixelriotA "must listen" for keeping current...While yes, sometimes Leo and friends are a bit chatty, the intelligent substance of these podcasts (especially Security Now & Net at Nite) are exceptionally useful to anyone consuming or creating code or content.
-
Gary FernandezThis can't be correct, I am the first to leave a review for the famous Leo....hmmmmLeo is a guy you can trust, I have followed him for over a decade. Back when he was on Z-TV and then Tech TV whis call for help and the Screen Savers. He is not stuck on a short time line like most radio personalities who don't care about your problems. I truly beleive he only promotes products and services he knows are worth while. Down to earth, great information for the beginner or the true geek. Thank you sir for all your hard work!
