Good CRE podcast... but with a politically conservative bias. Interview regarding tariffs was not nonpartisan. Shame because that guest is knowledgeable and used to be one of my favorites, and now seems predictable and with a political agenda to push.

Appreciate the nonpartisan honesty, it’s what we need to make clearheaded decisions.

This is such a great show for newbie and veteran investors alike. The information is always very timely and relevant, which is very helpful in a quickly changing market like what we have today! The guests they bring on are top notch and always bring so much value and information to the episode. Highly recommend this one!

I’m sure they’re knowledgeable about their local market, but couldn’t make it through a full episode as I began to understand their general outlook and misunderstanding of larger tailwinds and trends. Feels very dated.

Michal was a great host! He had the ability to ask targeted questions to expose extremely valuable content for listeners. For anyone passionate about commercial real estate, this is for sure the podcast.

Of all of the commercial real estate podcasts out there - this one has got to be the best. There are several other podcasts from a lot of great people that I’ve followed and respect but HATE their format as it seems their CERE podcasts come across more on the “sales pitch” side of things vs providing listeners with actionable advice... I will say the content on this podcast DOES NOT fall in this bucket. The content is based on people with real experience that I believe a lot of people can learn a ton of valuable knowledge about the market. HOWEVER, and my ONLY critique is their strategy for releasing content. Perhaps this is only personal, but I listen to a very select amount of podcasts and I have a process of consuming the content. It seems that how they section out their content on the feed might contain pieces or “snip-it’s” if you will that are then also used in longer and more in depth longer podcasts... look, I’m not a podcaster and this format might work.... especially if someone doesn’t have a process for listening to podcasts and absorbing main topics. However, it’s been frustrating seeing the amount of podcasts in my feed to listen to only to find that a majority of these smaller segments I’ve already listened to! Again, this isn’t a criticism about the content because I think it’s the best I’ve ever found thus far, but it can be frustrating to navigate which podcast to listen to and sorting through all of the content I’ve already listened and taken notes for. That’s it though, and maybe I’m a different type of listener - but it would be way more efficient to aggregate everything into one podcast episode compared to the format of sectioning everything out... or even have one “aggregated” podcast per week, which, at the end of the day I’m not going to complain to much about based on the quality of the content. Anyways, great show! Highly recommended!

There are many RE focused podcasts, but the CRE Show takes the cake in terms of being able to deliver market sentiment analysis coupled with practical tips and tricks. Props to you Michael!

Michael and his wide variety of knowledgeable guests are truly rockstars! They’re making quality real estate investment knowledge accessible to everyone because they truly believe in the power it has to change lives. The great advice they provide, combined with the relatable way in which they deliver it had me hooked from the very first listen. This is a great show. Full of priceless information. Great guests, and the host is knowledgable about commercial real estate as well. Not sure what LouisvilleRB is referencing, every show has four fifteen second commercials and 38!! minutes of show. The commercial are quick. Love the content provided by this program. Keep them coming.

This show would be a five star show, but every 5 minutes there host starts to rush the interviewee by saying "we're up against a break" and them going to commercials. The show is as much commercials as it is a real estate show. This is unfortunate because the guests the topics are excellent. My advice is to structure your show like the Mixergy shows. He gets his commercials in but doesn't disrupt the flow by beating his listeners over the head with them. I've listened to several episodes and have become so frustrated. This show is basically unlistenable in its current state.
