I listen to a lot of knitting pods, they come and go from my playlist. Yarns at Yinhoo remains in my top 5 favorites. It’s a solid, thoughtful and consistent.

While in self isolation i sort out a knitting podcast. i was so excited to finally make some progress on my knitting skills in all my new alone time (i’m a crocheter already). I listened to one new episode and was hooked. Obsessed about learning more about Sara’s own knitting origin story, I located Sara’s first couple of years of podcasting on her website. This podcast is exactly what I need right now and i’m thrilled to have hundreds of episodes in front of me on my new knitting journey. Thank you Sara.

This is such a wonderful podcast. It has a little bit of everything that makes me feel good about life! Sara’s voice, her peaceful demeanor, her positive perspective, all combined into a format based around yarn and nature - what more could I want? I love the theme song too!

I am fairly new to knitting podcasts, and was introduced to this podcast by Paula from Knitting Pipeline. I listen to quite a few great knitting podcasts now, but this is the one I always look forward to listening to on Sunday mornings as I relax with coffee and my knitting . Sarah's voice is very soothing and she inspires me to be more creative in every aspect of my life. Thank you and I look forward to listening to many more podcasts.

I really enjoy the diversity of topics, the skill focus and the intro song. It makes me smile every time it comes on in my playlist on my pod catcher. The audio quality is fantastic. The content never disappoints.

I love this show. Sara is so easy to listen to, and her shows are full of interesting stuff. I particularly enjoyed her recounting her Sheep To Shawl class she took in 2015.

I am a long-time listener of podcasts, but there are very few that I desire to go back and listen to from Episode one. Sara's podcast is that for me. She is "thought-full"; I appreciate the approach and philosopy she takes toward her projects and her sharing of the depths to which her curiosity about fiber, food and other "post-apocolyptic skills" takes her. Excellent.

I always enjoy Sara's professional and personable style and love the mix of knitting and cooking.

The title is Yarns at Yin Hoo, but suddenly shes talking about cooking and eating meat. Ugh - as a vegan I'm suddenly hearing very unpleasant things, and without warning. Perhaps you should change the podcast title to reflect sewing, embroidery, cooking animals and a tiny bit of knitting.

Stumbling onto this podcast was like finding a forgotten twenty in pocket of your favorite jeans…rare, wonderful, and quietly exhilarating. I was in a bit of a rut with my apocalyptic skill-set, but listening to Sara describe her knitting, spinning, cooking, weaving and other adventures as a yarn-lover-at-large has rekindled my inspiration. Thank you, Sara!

One of my top five knitting/crafty podcasts. Episodes are always thoughtful, intelligent and worth a listen. This one always goes to the top of the list when I see a new episode.

Sara just gets better and better. Her fiber adventures are inspiring, and her reading choices are fascinating. If you are a fiber enthusiast, you really must add this one to your playlist!

This podcast is really just lovely. I like to hear sarapomegranate talk about knitting and fiber generally as well as about cooking. She has such a peaceful, engaging voice. She recently had a read along and even though I wasn’t reading the book, it was interesting to listen to her observations and questions about the book and its characters. I’d like to have a cup of tea with her at the tea house because she must be as wonderful in person as she is on the podcast. Very good listen.

I heard this podcast mentioned on the Knitmore Girls podcast and decided to give it a try. I love it! I have fallen down and downloaded episodes all the way back to November. A must listen for anyone who loves knitting and other "apocalyptic skills". 😊

This is content that I would expect to find on NPR. I get a good dose of fibery wisdom and subtle prods to look beyond my craft and get some much needed exposure to literature, food and listen to some good yarns. Thank you Sara.

Sara's podcast is a breath of fresh air in the knitting podcast world. She is a talented knitter, a joy to listen to and brings healthful and innovative ideas to her show. I've learned alot about not only knitting, but how to organize my pantry, my kitchen, and oh, my life. (Well, that's a work always is progress). Sara is uplifting and always has pertinent information to share with her listeners. You'd be mistaken to pass t his podcast by.

Yarns at Yin Hoo is a wonderful podcast. I love listening to Sara. She has such a peaceful and calming presence.

I recently found Sara’s podcast, and have really enjoyed listening to her take on knitting and other crafts. Although this is primarily a knitting/spinning podcast, she also has segments related to food, the arts (especially poetry), nature and history. You’ll want to start from the beginning episode to hear where the name Yarns and Yinhoo comes from. The sound of the podcast is clear (albeit sometimes a little soft when I’m listening in the car), and she speaks very clearly, so it’s not only enjoyable content, but a easy to listen.

Sarah Pomegranate is well worth the listen. I am a new follower, but know that I will keep returning! We share a love for nature, so I enjoy hearing her talk about what is going on around her creek. I also enjoy hearing about her recipes, as we are always trying to eat more healthily. And then of course there's the wonderful discussions about her knitting projects. Thank you Sarah, for hours and hours of entertainment.

Sara has a unique voice and perspective among the fiber craft podcasts. She inspires me to explore and fulfill my potential. Her voice is reminiscent of a guided meditation, but her content is interesting and informative, so I always stay engaged!

Sara hosts a great podcast. She has me thinking about new foods, new books and really challenges my knitting choices. Thats alot from a podcast, so now you know why I cant wait for each episode.

Sara sets such a mood and environment, describing her life, projects and the views from her historic tea house turned home near the Delaware water gap. Listening to her descriptions I am transported to the picturesque setting and inspired to create and appreciate the beauty of the world around me.

This is an enjoyable listen. Sara shares her thoughts on fiber, knitting, dyeing, cooking, writing and "honing your post-apocalyptic skills." While her delivery is somewhat staid, it has grown on me over the past few episodes. It is a nice contrast to other knitting podcasts where the hosts laugh more than talk. (Honestly, i'm not sure why they laugh so much, and so loudly!) I imagine she may relax more as she continues to record. I eagerly look forward to her new episodes.

The podcasts are very well done - full of information and resources while also entertaining. Highly recommended!
