I’ve listened to Gill Alexander for years. Whatever show or format he produces the very best gambling content out there - just the right balance of statistical based insights and entertainment. What’s more, Gill clearly loves and respects radio and broadcast history. Everything he has done is crispy produced, interesting and consistent. So it’s disappointing that the famed Mega Pod has declined so much recently. The rotating guest is almost always the most interesting and informed perspective which says a lot… Every episode has sound issues, Gill sounds disengaged and don’t think I learn anything new in an hour plus of unfocused chatter. I’m certain the Mega Pod will make a come back but it’s no longer a must listen.

Came our to the D . saw where Gill was doing the BTB show. was actually there while he was doing it. however some guy chased me away as i was watching.. was very rude and disrespectful to me and told me not to be a bother to Gill while hes on air. so standing close by, being quiet, and waiting to possibly meet Gill is considered a nuisance. love the show, longtime listener, but disappointed in today

Fun to listen to, except when Todd talks. He is almost always loud and obnoxious. And lately, the audio has been terrible. In the last episode, the worst audio was Gill's, and he's the main person to listen to.

I love the content, been listening for a couple years now. But the audio quality is so terrible lately that it’s almost impossible to listen to. Hopefully they can sort it out soon!

Todd’s hatred of Christianity is a little over the top. We get it you hate Christians. Just talk about the games.

Gil is a natural on air talent. Relatable, likeable and knowledgeable. Todd is great on Thursday show as well.

This podcast is split into two podcasts, an early week guessing of what the spread will be for the upcoming week and a detailed betting preview of the weekend's NFL games. Both shows are fantastic and all the guests have great in depth knowledge of NFL and have good educated, research backed opinions. The host Gill is the cherry on the cake. He brings it all together and he is funny and also knows the game inside out. Gill alone makes this podcast a must listen but EVERY guest is fantastic. A must listen for NFL fans.

There is a sense of high school banter to this pod., seems a little much. Todd makes the pod pretty much unlistenable…the Dolphins fight song was bearable. Steelers accent is a hard pass. Some talking over each other, and Gill asking people “are you good?”.

If you want to listen to a group of men yammer and babble about content readily available anywhere, this is the podcast for you. I found it unlistenable but hey to each their own.

Simply the best: Gill & Drew talked for over an hour and I still wanted more. They could do this every day - and they may on The Numbers Game.

I highly suggest you do not tail the weekly picks these guys give on the Mega Pod. They aren’t particularly sharp in the NFL, but that’s to be expected when you’re betting into lines midday on a Thursday. Todd says it all the time, pre-flop in the NFL is too hard nowadays and there’s only a few people who can do it profitably(I am also not one of them). I think Gill’s best sport is Tennis, but I’ve never looked into it enough to say if he’s better in that market. The pod still makes for an entertaining listen, especially when they have a good guest. I enjoy the analysis that goes into survivor and the last two questions. Gill is a fantastic host that is adept in managing the many personalities. Todd and Mike both have their moments. That being said, Guessing Lines w/ Chris Andrew’s is some of my favorite content in the space. The Monday show is a must listen.

I gave it a one star. Solid analysis most of the time, unfortunately most of the time is spent with guest todd not shutting up, interrupting salient points to make his rants, observations or go off on his tangents . If he’d shut up or even better, be dropped, this rating would easily be at least a four star review..

Sometime Mike, Gill, and the guest can't state a full opinon because when they pause to finish to a sentence, Todd interjects with a comment. He sometimes does this after every sentence and the podcast becomes difficult to listen to. Then he has to make sure he sings the Dolphins fight song and gets his impressions in. If he has such a big fanbase, please give him his own podcast.

Enjoy Gil. Very professional and looks at gambling like I do. Mike Palm is a pleasure to listen to his picks. Also enjoy Todd, but at times he over runs the show and when he does it’s like scraping finger nails across the chalk board. On more than one occasion I’ve had to just shut down the show and hope for a better episode next week. Not saying to get rid of Todd. But less is better.

Love the show, I listen every Monday when you guess lines and Friday on the mega pod. I have one problem and it’s a major problem for me. The volume is so low that I’m not able to listen through an aux or BT connection in my car. The ads are normal levels but soon as you guys come on I have to turn my phone and radio to max levels and if I’m going over 30 mph I can’t make out what is being said. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I personally don’t care for the guessing lines pod, but the NFL preview pick pod is very well done.

Please drop Todd Wishnev, whose useless game analysis you can hear from your typical hotdog munching loser in any run of the mill sportsbook. His lack of respect for the format and others on the pod has led to me skipping forward repeatedly when he starts talking. His 15 minutes of fame have long passed.

Guessing lines on Monday's with Chris is fantastic and informative. Unfortunately the megapod has gone so far downhill that it’s become the exact opposite and is unbearable. Gil’s mancrush on Todd has gone too far. Over the years the megapod changed from situational analysis, trends, and actual stats to the jerry springer show where the guests yell about their opinions and Gil referees and laughs. PLEASE ditch the new guests and go back to actual analytics-based talk.

In 42 years I can count on one hand the number of sports broadcasters that qualify as ‘required listening.’ This is one of those people.

It’s impossible for anyone to predict the future, but I feel that if you’re making a podcast that solely discusses picks you should do a little better than Gill and his gang of bookies does at picking games. That said, have learned a lot about the bookmaking process, what to look for when making bets, etc. but I certainly haven’t done well in the month I’ve been listening to their picks. If you’re reading this, I wish you better luck.

There was a pod a couple of weeks ago where I learned more about bookmaking than I had learned in my first 50 years on this planet. It’s just so good.

Also, listening to this podcast exposes some of you and your guests actual feelings on others. Think about it. This use to be my favorite podcast with Marco and Ace as guests. Without them it has turned in to a dumpster fire. The new guys are boring to listen to and are 1/100th the handicappers that’s Marco and Ace are. Bring them back!!
