Long-time listener and exhausted ED nurse here. After dealing with chaos, bodily fluids, and all kinds of human drama, your podcast is exactly what I need for the long drive home. You shift my whole mindset—I go from stressed and burnt out to laughing out loud alone in my car like a lunatic. This episode especially hit me right in the feels. As a mom of an only child, it was so comforting to hear from another mom in the same boat. If my kid turns out as happy, grounded, and successful as you, I’ll count that as a major parenting win. I have been listening to this podcast since the very beginning! Lo is so smart, funny, and down to earth. I love that every episode is different, but always makes me rate my mental health. Some of the most memorable episodes have been the one about motherhood with Jessie J, Lo’s unfortunate inside sky diving Incident (if you need a good laugh, listen to that one!), and the one about pet loss. (Very helpful for anyone grieving a pet) I always come away with something after listening to an episode of the Lo Life. Note to Lo: As a fellow little monster, I would love if you did an episode on lady Gaga and her new album.

Hands-down, my favorite podcast because the host is smart, insightful, funny and I feel like he’s teaching a master class in wit! NEXT DOC TO WATCH - Lo, you and Hayley MUST watch “American Nightmare” on Netflix. It’s a short one, only 3 episodes, and totally bingeable in one night. I’m so thankful to have you and this show in my life. The laughter is needed now more than ever as my husband and I just had to euthanize our dog, Porter. He was our baby and the best boy. The grief has been worse than imagined. It was time for him to pass and we don’t feel guilty about that decision, but there is a huge hole in our lives, where he used to be. We just miss him so much. I purchased a necklace with his name on it that will hold some of his ashes, because I never want to be without him. Porter was our family and has been like our child ever since we got him. And in a time where I’ve struggled with infertility for a couple years now, he was kind of filling that desire to nurture and care for a “child.” Ugh, my heart just hurts and my eyes have shed so many tears… it just feels good to laugh with you. As a mom of a two year old baby boy, I understand just how much unconditional love you have for your child so I can see them wanting to protect him at all costs. Very interesting! I’m going back to see if there’s anything I haven’t heard yet.. which there probably isn’t because I binge these episodes. Every single episode feels like you’re hanging with your best friend or best friends! With his incredible friends and guests he has on. This podcast is not just light and easy/ feel good!
