    First news pod I choose daily. Objective and fact-based content with only slightly leftward slant… sometimes annoyingly devoid of pejoratives and slander in moments when my progressive political monster is raging and thirsty for blood, rhetorically speaking of course. Nonetheless, always consistent and thoughtful discourse. Sirs and ma’am’s, as a relatively fit, medium-sized man, with tears in my eyes, it brings me joy to recommend this phenomenal podcast to the masses. David is one of the best in the biz. Period. Producer Pat is pretty great also.

    David is extremely smart and well thought out. He must have a big team behind the scenes (in addition to Pat) because I don’t know how he puts this together each day. I’m a subscriber and listen to the commercial-free podcast, but I wanted to leave a review on this podcast since the subscriber podcast doesn’t take reviews. I’m reading his new book too!

    This show is so great, not sure how I stumbled upon it but now I listen daily. He gives an honest rundown of what’s going on and some sarcasm and humor to lighten the heavy mood of it all! I especially like to hear “Troph Sensial” or “Obamna” when I’m down in the dumps! 😂 Thanks, David!

    I love the quality of this podcast from Pakman. Knowledgeable, focused, professional, and with no drama. It must be hard for him to not raise his voice or scream when reporting on the Prez.

    Love the hard work and research David always puts into his show, alongside his great staff. One critique: make more clear that “PARDONING” someone… means they ADMIT guilt… for which they are then pardoned for. I think this is something that should be emphasized more across media. Anyway great job everyone over at Pakman. Much love and respect for doing this important grind for our country.

    I love the show. David is not afraid to tell the truth and take criticism. I do think sometimes the Trump dialogue excerpts can go a little too long and sometimes but great show that deserves 5 stars

    These days I listen to a mix of left, right and center, so I am just an observer rather than a fan. Any given day I may find 15% of Parkman’s arguments reasonable, another 15% in bad faith, and everything else dubious or boring. Something about his delivery sounds satirical, smug and performative. Obviously, I listen, so it is not complete garbage.

    David is very measured in his commentary and is very good at bringing facts that matter. I do think he separates himself from the realities of racism/xenophobia/misogyny/etc. I suppose that’s intentional but sometimes it feels a little watered down to avoid sounding too “woke”. Great work!

    I really like to hear David’s opinion and arguments on current events. I don’t always agree with his personal view, but as an independent voter, I appreciate listening to the arguments and evidence from his perspective. David provides a well researched analysis of facts and has the receipts to back him up. Also the Friday feedback mailbag filled with cult member’s run on sentences and swearing make me grateful every day for an open mind!

    I’ve been listening to David since 2010 when the show was called Midweek Politics. David consistently provides informative and critical political commentary in a media landscape where independent voices are sorely needed. I appreciate his calm, analytical delivery that helps me digest key political stories in a consistently anxiety provoking news cycle. There is no one I trust more to contextualize the news in an honest and thoughtful way.

    I found The David Pakman Show following the 2024 Election. I was tired of the MSM "both sides-ing" and "sane-washing Trump." Pakman provides & top notch political commentary and acknowledges his left/liberal bias. I find his commentary to be very informative, intelligent and without unnecessary inflammatory language or hyperbole. Pakman also promotes media literacy and critical thinking.
