    Simple,clear podcast
    I sampled a few other podcasts on fasting, and find Ben’s style the clearest and most interesting to listen to. He has a list of things to focus on each episode and then summarizes at the end. Thank you Ben.

    Super informative. Love the pace and cadence of the way the info is presented and that it’s summarized at the end. Makes it more likely that I’ll remember everything I learned lol. Also he comes across as very humble and I like that in a podcaster. I ain’t got time for arrogant science bros!

    This fasting podcast is great even for beginners like me. The podcast is easy to understand and Ben lays out everything very clearly. He even talks about possible struggles one may encounter. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to try fasting!

    The FastingWell podcast lays out all of the benefits of fasting with practical advice on how to get started and deal with any roadblocks along the way. The episodes are short enough to fit into my schedule, but packed with useful info that is accessible to anyone; you don’t need a degree in biochemistry to understand what Ben is talking about. So grateful for this resource.

    Great Podcast and website. Ben clearly explains why fasting is so important to our health to prevent diabetes and provides simple steps to get started. It’s a great listen but be sure to subscribe to his email list for fasting resources. He has a list of all the foods/meals to help you get started. Fasting is hard but his guide makes it way easier.
