    Informative and inspiring!
Rob and Becs, love the podcast, it’s really my weekly dose of inspiration and gets me so pumped up about NYRR and beyond. I really feel connected to the running community every time I listen. Was great to hear about how well TFK is doing and how much growth they’ve seen. I think a great topic for a future session would be lifting the curtain and getting a behind the scenes on TFK operations with Jeremie Kasmarcak and team, who have done so much to make it so successful. Thank you for producing such a great show!
  • done. just done.
    Still pretty good.
I still enjoy listening to this, although I miss Meb. He was so relatable in a way that Becs just isn’t. But maybe she just needs time to warm up to her role.

    New Inspired Review
I listened to the 8/1 and 7/25 episodes after recently discovering this podcast. Very inspirational stories on the 8/1 podcast that had me paying close attention. The $/25 episode resonated because I train and run alone. It was beneficial to hear and garner insights from another. I look forward to going back and playing more episodes. Thanks!

    Every Episode Is An Inspiration
I had the privilege of running the TCS Marathon last year (2023) and every episode I listened to helped to motivate me as well as keep my training and goals in check. Listening to Logan’s story helped me to reset my own outlook for life in general. I have such profound respect for his perspective A true hero!

    Great listen!
I don’t often get into podcasts because I prefer the buy-in a long audiobook provides for long runs, home tasks, etc but this podcast is fantastic! I am biased because I love everything running and I’ve followed Becs via Peloton for a while now but this is the first time a podcast is a first pick over whatever my current audiobook is. Coming from someone who consumes a ridiculous amount of audiobooks a year, that’s a big deal! The audio quality is great, the interviews are captivating and most intriguing for me is the amount of people I’m being introduced to via this podcast - either new or finally putting voice to name. Love this podcast! Great job!

    Love the pod
It’s always a pleasure to hear people talk about a thing they love and it’s even better when you love that thing too. Because I run alone it’s sometimes easy to forget that there’s a whole community and this podcast was a solid reminder. Gave me the same feeling the guided runs on nrc do… just sitting 😋

Great resource for new and old runners alike
Discovered this podcast while prepping for NYC Half and have been an avid listener ever since. I was a little nervous going into the race (my first Half) and the podcast about the actual race and the NYRR community helped calm me and actually raised my confidence. Great resource for the NYC area and overall running community!!!

    So informative!
Loving this podcast so far. As someone who just started running a year ago, listening to people’s stories on this podcast has made me appreciate the sport even more. I’m so glad I got into running. These episodes have been so motivating and makes me want to be a better runner. It’s a plus that Becs is on here too - her classes helped me train for the Brooklyn Half!

    Marathon inspiration
I started listening to "Set the Pace" after hearing about it from Becs Gentry, my favorite Peloton instructor. The podcast, hosted by Logan Aldridge, dives deep into the world of running and adaptive training, offering valuable insights and inspiration. The episode featuring Becs and her journey to the Great World Race was particularly motivating. Each episode is packed with stories of perseverance and practical tips, making it a must-listen for runners of all levels.

    A Weekly Favorite
This is one of my favorite running podcasts. I enjoy the guests that they bring on every week. Some of the guests are people in running that I have heard of, while others are brand new to me. Nevertheless, all of the episodes are great to listen to while I am out on my runs.

    Love for long runs!
I love listening to Set the Pace on easy long runs when it can get a little boring. They have interesting guests and it’s great to keep up with all the stuff they’re doing - sometimes I get lost in the social media and miss stuff and then hear it on the pod!

Set the Pace inspires me in many ways!
I started to listen to Set the Pace while I was training for New York City Marathon 2024. This show has been my morning routine since. It always gives me a positive outlook and inspiration for my daily life

    Weekly Inspiration
Find myself looking forward to listening each week. Great interviews and tips that keep me inspired and motivated while I work toward my running goals. Thank you NYRR!

    Becs is my inspiration!
Becs has been my coach through Peloton and inspired me to find the athlete in me later in life. I did my first half marathon in January 2024 (1:36) and used her Peloton runs to prepare me. I was inspired by her world marathon challenge and decided to sign up for my first marathon with my goal to get a Boston qualifier time at the age of 37. Having Becs on a weekly podcast is even more motivating! I live in Key West and consider myself to be Becs southernmost beast! You can find me down here running on A1A and with her in my ears training me. QUESTION for the show; I’d love a podcast dedicated to tips for people training for their first marathon. Thank you and so much love and gratitude!

Wisdom for hosting a successful 5K?
Love this podcast! Every episode makes me want to go out for a run just because i feel inspired by the hosts and guests. The episode with Dakota made me actually laugh out loud. What a great genuine conversation about running life. A recent episode with the founder of Endorphins Running had me wondering if yall could offer advice on how to host a 5k. We are trying to organize one locally as a fundraiser so any words of wisdom from the race experts would be great!

    Inspiring interviews!
This is a great running podcast filled with inspiring interviews and helpful running advice! Rob and Becs are incredible hosts that keep you very engaged in the conversation. This podcast has a wealth of knowledge for all paces. I also love learning about all the different NYRR races that are available and hearing Meb’s wisdom at the end of each episode. Keep up the great work, Becs and Rob! I look forward to every episode!

Chills and life lessons in each episode!
The first 45 seconds of Set The Pace sets the foundation for motivation, inspiration and encouragement not only in running but also in life. Whether you're a long time competitor or new recreational runner everyone can benefit from the talks between Rob & Meb and their guest speakers. I get the chills each time I play a new episode and hear that uplifting intro!

    Inspiration for Every Run
The NYRR Set the Pace podcast has become my secret weapon to training. I have been listening since episode one and it was one of my biggest training tools for the 2023 TCS NYC Marathon. The podcast never fails to motivate, inspire, and educate me more on the sport and my love for running. I look forward to each episode and won’t ever stop listening!

    MEB!
As a runner, I’ve never listened to or read anything about running until I read Meb’s book “26 marathons”. What an inspiration! And now I can’t get enough of him. Love the podcast not only for Meb’s minute, but to get to hear from other inspirational runners and bring their stories with me on my runs!

    What a bummer
I’ve enjoyed this podcast in the past, but this latest episode where non-binary runner Cal Calamia is discussed is so gross. I can’t believe nyrr is gaslighting this guy so hard while also managing to be so self congratulatory.
