Hi! I’ve just begun listening to your show and i am addicted! Thank you for all of your knowledge. I have started my first couple adult ballet classes at 26, but I feel like my memory is so much worse than the rest of the class. How do you practice remembering what was taught? Do you write down the steps or record yourself? I’m lost.. Thank you!!
